Das Hotel kann in keiner Weise den Erwartungen gerecht werden, die durch die Website und die Fotos geweckt werden. Kompliment an die Marketing Agentur und den Fotografen. Wir kamen nachts an und der erste Eindruck war extrem trist. Total uncharmante und kühle Eingangshalle, die jeder Notaufnahme im Krankenhaus gerecht würde. Überall im Hotel kalt weißes grelles Licht, dass keinerlei Gemütlichkeit aufkommen lässt. Zimmer billig renoviert und ziemlich heruntergekommen. Auch im Zimmer diese unangenehmen, grelle, kalte Beleuchtung. Toilette so eng, dass man kaum Platz zum Sitzen hatte. Nie wieder

My wife and I booked a week at this hotel via Hays travel and Jet2 Hoildays looking for some winter sun. Cyprus did not dissapoint on this and we had a glorious week of sunshine. However on arrival at Louis Paphos Breeze the welcome was not so sunny! There was one young chap on reception who booked us in but it was a massive let down after a long days travelling as we wer given our key and pointed in the general direction of our room with no assistance or welcome. We found our room at the back of the hotel and there was old bed furniture dumped outside the block where our room was. The door was in poor condition with a fair bit of the wood rotting at eh bottom. On entering the room and turning on the lights we noticed the some of the spots were dangling down and it seemed very dark and dingy. We checked out the bathroom and turned the light on and it may a rather loud noise from the fan. My wife went back to reception to complain about the condition of the room and was given another room to look at overlooking the pool area. On checking it, although the layout was similar it was in much better condition but it would cost us 20 Euro per day to move. We paid 20 Euro and said we would stay the night and speak to the Jet2 rep the next day. My wife spent alot of time on the phone back and forth with Jet2 and was told of our limited options. We met the Jet2 rep who was very helpful and understanding and we decided to stay and were told we would get the 20 Euro back and the hotel would make gestures to apologise for our poor experience so far. The poor start and welcome is a shame as the staff of the hotel were all very polite, helpful and accommodating througout our week there. The food in the main was of a very high standard and the salad bar selection was very impressive. We did struggle with the alcohol situation as the wines were not the best in fact I had to stop drinking it and switched to cider as it made my stomach gripe. We booked the A la carte restaurant Meze for one night which was not really worth the effort. It was all very rushed, you had two choices either meat or fish but we both had to have the same! We were shown a wine list which some were inclusive and some not at extra charge. We chose a Sauvignon Blanc on the inclusive list and were poored a glass but the bottle was taken away and only refilled when we asked at the end. A couple on the next table had selected a particular red wine and when they received a second glass they queried if it was the same wine they had initially chosen but it would appear it just came from the bar. My wife went to see Nicky the Customer relations lady who had been very helpful and understanding of our issues during our stay to explain our experience in the Meze regarding the wine. They both went to speak to the operations manager to have a chat with him about it but he did not seem to understand the issue and became very patronising and confrontational and told my wife of his superior knowledge of wine

Firstly on arrival which was late at night around 11.15 we were told there was food downstairs for us. We went down but honestly if was not for us as had been under heat lamps for too long. The reception had a security guard take us and our bags to our room and left us to find our way round. The room was very nice and spacious with a balcony looking over the pool. We were told we had booked a double but found two singles pushed together. The morning brought us a couple of more issues one no hot water and two toilet would not flush . Reported and was assured would be corrected straight away. Toilet was fixed but again following morning not hot water. We asked to speak with the manager on more than one occasion only to be told not available . The hotels guest liaison manager Nicky stepped in got us moved to another pool view room but even then, and on talking to other guests hot water in the mornings is an issue. The food was ok and if you went to breakfast, lunch and dinner you would always find something to eat even for the fussiest of eaters. Entertainment on the whole was good with the exception of the fire act which at best was dull. This may sound a negative review but the setting of this hotel, its staff and stunning sunsets make this somewhere I would come back to. Maybe a little kick of paint here and there and replace missing tiles in the adult only pool would help a great deal. Please don’t be out of going to this hotel by my review the pluses far out weigh the minuses
