Initially there was bit of a miscommunication however the way they handled the situation was extremely beyond expectations. I am really delighted to share my and my family's experience in Jungle Crown. I would give a tick mark in all aspects right from hospitality to cleanliness and food and everything. Also it's pretty reasonable as compared to other hotels in that location. Rooms are big enough with beautiful balcony. Also the internal garden view was quite soothing and relaxing especially for a person like me who comes from a city like Mumbai. Last but not the least huge shout out to RAVI CHAUDHARY who went extra mile to take care of us and our stay at the hotel. My huge recommendation to all the travellers going to Chitwan please do not miss this place for a beautiful experience coz I made memories out there.😀

We booked here for 3 nights as part of a 2 week tour, however reduced our stay to 2 nights. Two nights was amble time to complete all activities - we did the jungle walk, village visit, canoe trip, crocodile breeding centre, 1/2 day jeep safari, local dance and slide show in 1.5 days. The staff are very attentive, the prices reasonable and buffet food great. Our only comment is to be wary of rooms 134 to 136 at the back near the staff quarters. Our room was damp and not as modern as others so would advise you avoid these rooms. Overall, a nice place to stay for 2 nights to experience the local Chitwan park.

The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice specially Mr.Basu. Parking is so big. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. All the precaution are applied by each and every staff like face mask, face shield, temperature check & sanitization are taken as priority upon arrival. Swimming pool is located at 6th floor which is just awesome with the city view.. i will recommend all to visit once.

Great service, comfortable accommodations, beautiful swimming pool, and the staff is the best! Food was yummy, the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen. Everything was arranged for us, including the elephant jungle safari and Tharu village walk. Highly recommend!

On the hot afternoon, when the hotel arrived at the hotel, there were frozen juices and towels sent to the front, and the summer heat was relieved. The hotel has just been built for half a year. There is no comment on Ctrip, and the adventure has been booked. It does not seem disappointing. The signs on the road are not obvious. Many people don't know. Actually, they are on the riverside. The main road from the town's restaurants is 2 to 300 meters. It takes two minutes to pass through several families. The surrounding environment is very good. When we went, the reeds flourished, and the window sill saw the invincible reeds. Management is a little less experienced, but the hotel staff are working hard to do better, constantly asking how we feel, watching so many people around us, is to promote me this person who never commented s reason. It is worth mentioning that at the hotel's tour guide LAMA, there is no travel agency package, Lama helped us arrange the next day's activities, elephants to find wild animals, canoes to see crocodiles, afternoon off-road vehicles jungle adventure Very good experience, he accompanied the whole process. The price is also good, 8 people average more than 60 US dollars per person, all three items. Returning to the hotel in the sunset, accompanying the children to the swimming pool on the riverside, drinking beer and watching the clouds slowly disappear, how do you feel?

We paid for the 3 night 4 day all inclusive package and stayed in the Double Suite Room. Everything was perfectly relaxing and seamless. I was especially impressed with the customer service and food. Our tour guide through the hotel was Rajendra, and he was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Everyday we were scheduled to do something fun. We saw so much wildlife and that was largely due to our guide’s knowledge. Only thing was that the hotel rooms were not quite as nice as I expected, but will totally overlook that given everything else was perfect. Despite that, I'd still give the rooms 4 stars (very good).
