Superb location, our room had a beautiful mesmerizing sea view, the staff all offered a friendly service, the room was spacious and the breakfast was rich. We loved lounging by the pool. Only drawbacks, parking could be busy during the peak hours.

Very disappointing. On one of our nights I arrived late from dinner with my family. About 11 pm. There was a concert for Greek musicians playing which was fine. We were opposite thd pool area where the concert or performance was so it was definitely loud. That is not the bad bit. When I arrived back I had to wait 45 minutes for a car space. So customers who pay to stay in your hotel had to wait for concert goers to leave. When I approached management about this no effort was made. Even when the show finished there was no effort to ask people to leave the car parking area for hotel guests. When I asked if their hotel was a concert theatre of hotel I wasn’t given an answer. You either look after your guests or you get reviews like this. Secondly the pool tiles around internal wall of the pool had so much grime on them and the bar area inside needed a good clean. Fire extinguishers that were so rusted that if a fire started that be useless. There were a few staff members who were great like the cleaning lady for our room and the life saver at the pool.

This hotel is a hotel that you feel like in your home, newly restored, decorated, clean, quiet, at the distance of walking to the restaurants on the beach. The breakfast is not satisfied, unexorbitant but sufficient buffet and enriched with Greek tastes (the hot little Greek cake, the crusher pest). Your eggs, three kinds of cheese, olive, a few kinds of bread, cereals, grain, Greek yogurt, tea, coffee and a large drinking water that you will certainly bring when you sit. No one stays at the reception after just a bit of an hour and there's a bit entry on the side street you enter your home like passwords from the door there... remember to ask this. A cafe open to everyone in the lower floor, but you don't bother. I'll go to Sakız again, I can choose this hotel again. You can go to the beach by car or renting cars (have maps all on the beach) I'll just talk about the problem of the parking.There is an interesting system on the island, wherever it can be parked with a special card, we found a chance place four nights, we didn't eat a penalty, We had rented. I hope it was a good idea, good holidays.

The breakfast is not satisfied, unexorbitant but sufficient buffet and enriched with Greek tastes (the hot little Greek cake, the crusher pest). Your eggs, three kinds of cheese, olive, a few kinds of bread, cereals, grain, Greek yogurt, tea, coffee and a large drinking water that you will certainly bring when you sit. No one stays at the reception after just a bit of an hour and there's a bit entry on the side street you enter your home like passwords from the door there... remember to ask this. A cafe open to everyone in the lower floor, but you don't bother. I'll go to Sakız again, I can choose this hotel again. You can go to the beach by car or renting cars (have maps all on the beach) I'll just talk about the problem of the parking.There is an interesting system on the island, wherever it can be parked with a special card, we found a chance place four nights, we didn't eat a penalty, We had rented. I hope it was a good idea, good holidays.

Very disappointing. On one of our nights I arrived late from dinner with my family. About 11 pm. There was a concert for Greek musicians playing which was fine. We were opposite thd pool area where the concert or performance was so it was definitely loud. That is not the bad bit. When I arrived back I had to wait 45 minutes for a car space. So customers who pay to stay in your hotel had to wait for concert goers to leave. When I approached management about this no effort was made. Even when the show finished there was no effort to ask people to leave the car parking area for hotel guests. When I asked if their hotel was a concert theatre of hotel I wasn’t given an answer. You either look after your guests or you get reviews like this. Secondly the pool tiles around internal wall of the pool had so much grime on them and the bar area inside needed a good clean. Fire extinguishers that were so rusted that if a fire started that be useless. There were a few staff members who were great like the cleaning lady for our room and the life saver at the pool.

Στα θετικά, πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο με εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα, η παραλία του Καρφά ακριβώς κάτω είναι εξαιρετική, είναι δίπλα στο χωριό και ακριβώς απ' έξω έχει στάση ΚΤΕΛ (αν και δεν τη χρησιμοποιήσαμε) - άρα, η θέση του γενικά είναι πολύ καλή. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό, φιλικό, εξυπηρετικό. Επίσης είναι φιλικό σε ΑΜΕΑ με ικανοποιητικές υποδομές (μπάρες εισόδου και εύκολη σχετικά πρόσβαση σε όλους τους χώρους). Δυστυχώς, υπάρχουν πολλά αρνητικά: Το ξενοδοχείο φαίνεται, για κάποιο μη κατανοητό λόγο, υποστελεχωμένο και χωρίς Operation Manager. Ενώ το πρωινό είναι καλό, βρίσκεις πιάτα και μαχαιροπήρουνα με υπολείμματα φαγητού (!!!), το δωμάτιο καθαρίζεται όποτε να' ναι (έτυχε να γυρίσουμε 5 το απόγευμα κι ακόμα ήταν βρώμικο), η εξυπηρέτηση στο μπαρ της πισίνας καθυστερούσε υπερβολικά (μπορεί να περίμενες και μισή ώρα για να πάρουν την παραγγελία σου και μάλιστα με τραπέζια σχεδόν άδεια), ενώ δημιουργήθηκε κι ένα θεματάκι που μάλλον δείχνει αδέξιο χειρισμό (μας έκαναν παρατήρηση ότι παραπονέθηκε πελάτης επειδή είχαμε την τηλεόραση ανοιχτή στο 40% του ήχου...). Σοβαρό πρόβλημα υπάρχει και με το πάρκινγκ διότι είναι μικρό κι άβολο, ενώ πελάτες διαμαρτυρήθηκαν ότι είδαν ανθρώπους να παρκάρουν εκεί που δεν ήταν πελάτες. Θα το συνιστούσα μόνο για την καταπληκτική του θέση και την πολύ όμορφη παραλία που έχει κι αν έχετε αποφασίσει να μη μείνετε πολύ στο ξενοδοχείο.
