I was able to purchase tickets for a nearby hot spring facility (about 5 minutes walk) at a low price at the reception! We hope to stay again next time."

"Eu moro no anexo, MAS sinceramente, estou desapontado.Quando EU abri o ar condicionado, o cheiro Estranho e a cinza espalhou-se por toda a sala. Quando EU parei e olhei para dentro, Como mostrado Na Figura, a parte traseira Da saída estava cheia de cinzas e não podia ser usada. Mesmo que você tentou USAR um limpador de ar, a bateria do telecomando está esgotada.Mesmo que EU disse à recepção e não pedi desculpa, EU tive que esperar Mais de Dez minutos para encontrar a bateria do telecomando, Como outros. Não consigo tocar no ar condicionado, então pedi para o limpar e finalmente me disser "por favor, escrever no rótulo".Além disso, é Frio à noite, não posso dormir, Mesmo que pedi a cama, EU disse que não estava pronto. "Stayed in March 2024. I have stayed at this hotel many times. This was the first time I booked through Trip.com. The website said it was a one night, two meals plan, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told it was a one night stay without meals. We argued over the counter, but no one could come to an agreement. I called Trip.com and explained the situation. They admitted that I had booked a one night, two meals plan, but the hotel had received the reservation information from the wholesaler, Rakuten Travel, so I decided to hang up and wait to confirm with Rakuten Travel. When I called back, Trip.com proposed that I pay the hotel for two meals at once, and then Trip.com would transfer the amount later. There was no guarantee that the money would be transferred, and if it wasn't transferred, it would be a loss for us, so it was not a very good idea, but dinner time had already started, so I accepted it. I paid for the meal at the front desk, ate, and sent the receipt to Trip.com from my room. After I told them my transfer details, the amount was transferred the next day, so there was no expense for me, but I hope this never happens again."

The rooms are clean, and there are no trash cans, so you have to take your trash home with you. Above all, it's great that you can use the hot springs 24 hours a day. Make sure to listen carefully to the instructions on how to use the bath. 😆 Amenities include bath towels, which are 300 yen to rent, and face towels and toothbrushes, which you can request and check if they're free. Is it worth it for that price? The owner is friendly."

I will always remember my first stay here and I will compare other ryokans I go to with Meiji Onsen Ryokan, because I feel that it’s the best ryokan in Japan. Thank you so much for this amazing experience. And Okami-chan is the best girl in all of Nagano! When I come back home, I will tell everyone who she is and where she is from - Meiji Onsen Ryokan, Chino, Nagano, Japan! 🇯🇵 (As a fantastic bonus, it’s even allowed to go in with uncovered tattoos! Not every ryokan can match up to that!)"
