My stay was amazing. My apartment style suite came with everything I needed and so much more. I cooked, signed into my Netflix, Disney+ account and just enjoyed the views and ambiance with my family. The pool and game room were a huge plus. I had peace, privacy and a spacious living unit. I was able to do laundry free of charge in my space and made a huge meal for Thanksgiving. 10/10 I’d definitely recommend

This is an amazing place: I had a modern, clean, comfortable apartment with a fantastic view of the lake. The location can't be beat. The amenities were amazing: the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and the complex has a winter garden, pool, fitness rooms with tons of equipment, and meeting rooms with terraces. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommended!

This is our second time to stay here. It is a clean and safe location. We went to arelios pizaa and brought it back to the room. Would stay again.

The 1 bedroom corner unit had a great amount of space and a great view! We had a couple of little issues checking in (the heat wasn't working in our unit), but they got it fixed and everything else went well. Parking is tricky around there, but that is downtown Chicago for you.

We stayed at the Sentral Chicago for two weeks leading up to our wedding. It had all of the basic amenities in the apartment to help us move right in and feel at home and the views are incredible! I highly recommend splurging for the lake view if you can. The lights at night are magical.
The staff was responsive and helpful with any request we needed and were quick to help wherever necessary! I would definitely stay again if staying in Chicago for more than a night!

It’s very luxury on a budget. Pros: it’s cute, pretty view. Cons: cheap sheets itcher than holiday inn, unpleasant rude customer service, she put her finger up to me as she sat on her phone, amongst other unpleasant interactions, hair in the shower. Won’t be back. Front people are the first impression to the entire stay. They were NOT it. Oh and no parking.

Everything was exceptional! A beautiful property in a great location. It feels like home rather than like just another hotel. Appliances are premium, great shower, nicely furnished. I would gladly live there rear-round! Grant Park Bistro next door is a gem!
