Had to park several blocks away. They take a $150 deposit when arrive on top of your room charges. They have no provided breakfast, no pool, do not provide any privacy door hangers, no microwave in room. And my room had roaches!

One of two elevators was out of service for maintenance since days and for all our stay and it caused long wait line with waste of time ! Also the 09/04 no cleaning room service cause “ Labor Day” ! I personally think this is unacceptable and they should give us a refund for those issues…..

Had a great weekend getaway at a loft. Great location, walk to the L line. Less than 5 minutes. Great food at restaurant in the lobby. Friendly staff all around great hotel!

The hotel is situated in a central part of Chicago, making it convenient to access the city and transportation options. The staff were attentive, and while the rooms weren't overly spacious, they were comfortable. My only complaint was regarding the bed, which I found to be less comfortable. However, the views from the hotel were excellent.

We stayed here to celebrate my 21st birthday. When we checked in and they saw that it was my birthday, they upgraded my room and provided me with breakfast vouchers. It was very nice and quite a surprise. I will be staying here on my next trip to Chicago.

I did not like the long line for valet service trying to get off the busy, crowded streets of downtown Chicago. Our room was facing another building in a alley. However I liked being able to go down and have a drink at the beautiful bar with a wonderful bartender!
