Very nice hotel and good hardware, Located in the old town enter neighboring some temples , go to the restaurant and 7-11store on foot by minutes! All in all the staff are very friendly and very nice providing good service beyond your expectations 👍👍👍

Spacious room, well equipped and comfortable, but wimming pool and gym are far too small to do exercise. A good variety of choices for breakfast, with real Expresso coffee, and Latte.
Conclusion : We don't feel comfortable with it's tiny public spaces, otherwise it would be perfect.

I am not one to complain, but I had an unfortunate situation that was a severe security violation here. I had gone down for breakfast and had intentionally not taken our room key because my daughter had it and was still sleeping. When she didn’t come down for breakfast I asked the front desk for an extra key with my passport in hand. Instead, the staff at the other window (not the one I was speaking to) said “I can just let you in. What’s the room number again?” I said, “2308 - again” since I’d already told them the room number. So she proceeds to take me to my room to let me in. No big deal, right? Except she opens the room and lets me into room 2208, one floor below our room. It take me a while before I realize I am not in our room. My daughter is not there…there a black purse on the counter…someone is reading Catcher in the Rye. Suddenly I realize I am not in my room!! I can’t explain my embarrassment or humiliation at discovering that I’m violating someone else’s space. Luckily the occupants were not there, but can you imagine? I went to the desk and told them what had happened. They offered to let me into the correct room but I insisted on a duplicate key. It costs them nothing. If they had given me one like I’d asked in the first place, it never would have happened. So I won’t be staying here again. Compensation from the hotel = 0. Compensation from Trip (they were made aware) = 0. Very unsettling. But hey - I might get up to 60 trip coins for my honesty.

This is a nice hotel but not cheap. The pool is nice as well as the food. The room was very nice but also not much natural light

I had a wonderful stay here! They were attentive to details and helped me every second of the way! I appreciate the the support of the staff especially Mind and JubJib so amazing! This hotel really goes out of the way to make your stay extra special. Thank you!!

- located inside the quieter side of old town
- large room size
- very comfortable bed
- nice design of hotel (external and internal)
Cons
- limited breakfast spread (only set meals available)
- lots of mosquitoes outside
- small gym
- my room faces the restaurant so can be noisy on some nights
- small sink

非常滿意這家酒店的服務，前台有個會説中文的小哥哥，幫我解決了很多問題，一定要為他點個贊。本來看之前的點評怕有狗叫，去了之後發現客房有中文提示牌，如果聽見狗叫服務員會去鄰居家交涉，實際上我住了4天並未聽見狗叫。他們家早餐我也很喜歡，單點餐品，還有個小自助吧。酒店裝修也很不錯，確是一個小小的精品酒店，非常感謝酒店的服務。
