It was great. I had an issue at first but they fixed it very quickly. I’ll definitely come back to stay at this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

The rooms were clean, ac worked very good, friendly staff, great location and nice breakfast. Only problem bathroom needs more ventilation.

MUY BIEN UBICADO A UN PAR DE CUADRAS DEL CENTRO A UN COSTADO DEL MALECON. HOTEL LIMPIO Y AGRADABLE, LA PISCINA NO ES MUY GRANDE. NO TIENE ELEVADOR PERO NO HACE FALTA, EL DESAYUNO ES SENCILLO, SU PLUS ES BUFFET, LAS HABITACIONES CON LO ESCENCIAL PERO ALGO PEQUEÑAS. CUENTA CON TODO LO INDISPENSABLE PARA PASAR EN FAMILIA DE MANERA COMODA Y AGRADABLE.

The hotel originally put up in a pet friendly room on the ground floor, but we refused it due to it being full of hair and fleas. it was pretty obvious the room was not cleaned properly. They ended up putting us in another room that was clean. Everything about the hotel was old and not properly taken care of. The pool was not clean. The location was good though. The restaurant was excellent and the front desk was very helpful.

Upon our arrival we had to wait an hour in the lobby. The air conditioner wasn’t at its maximum and the bed wasn’t very clean.

This is my second stay here and we decided to book a suite instead of a regular room, best decision. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all amenities needed for an overnight stay.
