A late booking left me with no choice but this spot - very good value for money, felt safe, lovely staff, clean basic room, light and airy, comfy bed, lovely warm baths after walking miles around Disneyland! The WIFi was not working - but this didn't trouble me so watch our for that one, bus stop right outside for £2 return to Disneyland - would recommend - it is a basic hotel - nothing fancy about it so don't expect it and you'll be fine! Supermarket around 10 min walk/1 min drive away if you need bits and bobs! I found the room to be very quiet and peaceful, can hear the workers/school kids around 8am in the morning that's all.

The hotel enjoys the privilege of entering Disney for an hour in advance. In the past, Disney always felt tired. It is very convenient to go back to the hotel at any time. It is very convenient for any restaurant in Holy Week. It needs to be fixed one or two days in advance, otherwise it will be fixed. Had to eat Fast gays this fast food, the only downside is that the hotel facilities are relatively old and hot water is relatively small, basically good! The staff's super enthusiasm continues Disney's style!

We enjoyed it a lot. There was not enough time to explore both the parks and everything the hotel had to offer. Fantastic view of the fireworks

Top location 5 minutes by shuttle from the train station and Disneyland Parks. The really friendly welcome. Nothing to say just. Lack of toilet paper. And small hairs in the tub ... But hey ..

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel Santa Fe. After reading many of the reviews on here before our stay I was very worried about the cleanliness of this hotel but please do not listen! Our room was perfect. The hotel had everything we needed and the staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay. Room: The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. The only fault I can pick is that we did not have a kettle in our room but apparently you can request this at reception. Location: We stayed in Luigi, which is closest to the Disney parks. I emailed Santa Fe 2 weeks before our arrival requesting to stay in this block as we planned to walk to the parks rather than catch the shuttle each day. Amenities: Luggage storage was super easy and staff were very friendly here. We used the luggage storage on the day of our arrival and departure. You just drop your bags off and they will give you a tag which will match with the tag they attach to your cases. There would always be someone at the desk so I felt our cases were left in safe hands. We did not use the restaurant so can not comment on this but the bar was nice and spacious. On-site shop had everything you needed. Starbucks was very busy in the morning but not as busy as the one in the Disney village. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The hotel deserves more than a 2 star rating in my opinion!

Recently returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris when we stayed at The Newport Bay. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel - the staff, the accommodation and the breakfast was all excellent. The following are by no way negative comments, purely points to note • The hotel is very large, depending on the location of your room you may have quite a walk back and to from your day in the park • There is water in the rooms but in my experience this isn’t replaced so prepare and buy drinks whilst your out and about to save your legs an extra journey • There is a pod coffee machine in the room, the pods and tea bags, kettle etc were in a secret cupboard on top of the chest of drawers in the room I stayed in • There are toiletries in the rooms but I’m not sure if I had only conditioner and no shampoo as it didn’t soap up at all. Not a problem if you take your own • There are vending machines for hot drinks and an ice machine on each floor. Your magic pass entitles you to 4 free drinks each day, the machine is easy to use but I only knew about it from word of mouth, it wasn’t explained on check in • The indoor pool is large, I personally found it to be quite cold but there is a sauna and steam room to warm up in afterwards • The hotel is a good 15 minute walk to the parks but there is a shuttle bus available. The Marvel Hotel and Sequoia Lodge are closer Other things to know about • Safe, hairdryer and towels in the rooms • Shop in the hotel is open 9am to 11pm •. Luggage store opens at 7.30am and very easy to use
