The pillow case and sheets had stains. The carpet in the room under the table hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The lobby sells like pool chlorine

When we arrived I was a bit surprised at the number of people and activity in the lobby, but soon learned it was karaoke night and joined in on the fun! The bartender was awesome and a really good singer. It’s now on our list of destinations when we’re in the area, even if we don’t need accommodations!

My husband and I absolutely love this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and professional! Housekeeping was definitely on point and did a phenomenal job daily! The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and not far from the beach. Thank you for a great experience and we do plan to return!!

A/C not working. I can’t sleep comfortably hot. Changed rooms 3 times, none of the AC units worked and nothing could be done for accommodations. Needless to say my husband and I got no sleep and had to be at work early in the morning. Customer service everywhere has gone down the drain, nobody cares as long as you pay for service that you aren’t getting.
