The rooms are very nice but there was body wash in the shower it is empty should be check every turnover. Overall the hotel is great.

We really like staying at TRU...this isnt our first stay with them. I look to book with them because it is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Property was clean and staff was pleasant! Lots of dining and shopping available in the area. Convenient parking, but also in a relatively walkable area.

This is a nice, new , clean hotel!! My only complaint is no overhang at the entrance! It was raining when we were unloading our car and we got SOAKED!! This needs to be fixed!
The breakfast was just ok. Nice selection, but the eggs were terrible!! This is not a deal breaker. I would stay here again!!

Comfortable and clean. Very strong smell of ********* in elevators and hallway at various points during our 4 night stay. One night it smelled almost like someone was hot boxing our room. Otherwise room was clean and the lobby was fun with lots of activities for guests.

The bathtub in the rooms need to be replaced. There is a dark ring around the tub that doesn’t come off even after it has been cleaned.
