We checked in kind of late around 9pm and no one was at the front desk. We had to wait about an 1-hr to check in.
The room was bar minimum & very basic. There was no coffee pot or ironing board. The toiletries were for a one night stay & I stayed 2-nights. The carpet was filthy & the bedding was very shabby (thin & cheap). Basically if you want a place to lay your head then this is the place for you but if you want a real experience try somewhere else. This place seemed like a boarding house & not a hot.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It appeared that the 2nd floor at least had been updated including our room. This isn't luxury accommodations, very basic. If you need a thick pillow to sleep, bring your own.

Just stayed a couple of nights. Room has a kitchen and stove top but nothing to be able to use for cooking or eating or drinking. No coffee maker in room. The floor in our room was very sticky so we were afraid to walk around with our white socks on. No ice maker anywhere on the facility grounds. There is a Starbucks near by or a Dunkin Donuts over the interstate. Some Shops are around. The sports bar in the area has good food and nightly specials. The elevator area smells like ***** 24/7. But the staff was really sweet and we didnt feel like this was a sketchy place.

It was awful. They gave us a room with no pillows, no shower curtain, no tv remote, bathroom lights didn't work and it was filthy. After trying for over an hour to find someone to complain about it, he moved us to another room that had a huge black hair in the bed, tv still didn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't shut. We finally got a refund and left.

There was no soap, no shampoo, no shower curtain. The carpets were ripped and stained. Roaches crawling on bathroom walls and kitchennette area. The entire place smelled like bleach and fried chicken. This was by far the worst place I have stayed at.

This place is awful. Bugs and dead nats on the sink. Beds were not made prior to checking in. Didn't have top sheets after they were made. No shower curtain and horrible water pressure. We were told all the non smoking rooms were out of order when online you could book a non smoking room. The front desk said we couldn't have one of those rooms. Just overall dirty and uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing. The room was HORRIBLE. The fridge made lots of noise, the trim between the carpet and tile was coming loose, there was previous holes in the wall and just putty placed not paint.

It was filthy. It was equivalent to a motel 6 as far as sleeping conditions were concerned. The hall smelled like fish and body odor. The bed was on a metal frame that squeaked when you sat on it. The comforter and sheets felt like sandpaper to touch. I felt dirty just being on the room. We did not stay.
