The location of Essence is very convenient. Our studio/balcony room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and confirmed our request for a quiet room. There was no road noise at all and, as it turned out, we would have had more peace sleeping on the balcony. Our room shared an entry vestibule with the next room. This vestibule had a door (which is an extra door to bang shut every time) and a bright motion sensor light which shone through the gap under our room's door every time it came on. Security was very responsive when we complained at 10.30 pm about the throbbing music and voices from our neighbours. Two door bangs indicated that they went out not long afterwards but loudly returned at 3.30 am. They finally stopped laughing and talking at 4 a.m. when the last motion light and one door bang indicated they were putting out their ”do not disturb” sign. The poor floor design and thin walls means that anyone unlucky enough to have inconsiderate guests in the next room will have a similar experience. The 'grab and go' breakfast is not even worth stopping to grab.

I would like to share my opinion on a very unique experience. From the moment I arrived at The Aspley Motor Inn, I felt welcomed immediately and made to feel at home from the moment I walked in. The owners of this Motel, truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome and looked after like a family member. I was blown away by the kind reception and cleanliness of the rooms on first impression. I have stayed in many Motels in the past, but this place was amazingly comfortable and well worth every cent. A great quiet location just of the highway, close to shops that are within walking distance for any basic needs. What I was most impressed with was. First of all the outstanding service and care, privacy and cleanliness of the rooms. With attention to detail. The room I stayed in was immaculate, with very comfortable beds, all the basic kitchen needs plus more. A decent sized fridge and freezer to store food for a whole family. Air-conditioned, very fast and free WIFI connection. A pool on sight and BBQ for anyone to use. Access to Netflix and a large amount of storage space. Whether you are like myself and traveling solo or with your family, or possibly just for work? These guys will accommodate your needs with a high level of professionalism and a friendly smile and a laugh. Also worth mentioning a great laundry option, with a washing machine and clothes dryer on site if needed. All I can say is thank you, for what I call an experience. No other motel has ever made me feel so welcomed and looked after in the past. After a 4 week stay, I already want to come back!! Thanks for everything!! A very high recommendation and a feeling of gratitude to the owners who made this a real experience for myself. 5 star service and value for money!!!

Security was very responsive when we complained at 10.30 pm about the throbbing music and voices from our neighbours. Two door bangs indicated that they went out not long afterwards but loudly returned at 3.30 am. They finally stopped laughing and talking at 4 a.m. when the last motion light and one door bang indicated they were putting out their ”do not disturb” sign. The poor floor design and thin walls means that anyone unlucky enough to have inconsiderate guests in the next room will have a similar experience. The 'grab and go' breakfast is not even worth stopping to grab.

There is a parking lot, the location is good, there is a big shopping mall next to it, and there is an Asian supermarket. It is very convenient to eat and drink. It is very close to the airport, but it is not noisy. The breakfast is milk coffee bread taken from the room.

The motel was easy to navigate to for us country bumpkins who don’t drive in the city we could walk to the Westfield shopping centre rooms clean and tidy we had 16 and it was at the back so not much road noise for being on a busy road. Aldi next door was a great convenience

The breakfast was good, the environment was clean and fresh, and the fruit was fresh. Going out was McDonald's. It is suitable for bringing children, the location of the hotel is very conspicuous, there is parking lot, very good, staying next time.

The location of Essence is very convenient. Our studio/balcony room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and confirmed our request for a quiet room. There was no road noise at all and, as it turned out, we would have had more peace sleeping on the balcony. Our room shared an entry vestibule with the next room. Very Good Motel and close to what i want to do . I will let all of my friends and family know about this motel and what it offers and what the shopping is close by. We went to Suncorp and caught the bus and i would not do it any other way in the future.
