GT Grande Hotel-Near US Consulate

Hotel amenities are in horrible condition including bed. Breakfast menu was very poor. I don't know what to say. Completely horrible hotel. Trip. Com has to stop the contract with this hotel. And please don't offer this hotel to any one... Thanks

I am a single women travellers and Booked this hotel directly for my visa processing work, it's very close to US Consulate and Biometric. Budget friendly hotel and safe for women travellers. Also very close to Malls and Temples.

The room was well and tidy and the reception was good, they responded quickly to my every request and the food was very tasty. I stayed for 3 days and they cleaned the room and changed sheets everyday in the morning and provided new towels. The washroom was good can't say excellent but It was clean. Can do better.

Definitely those is not good for family. First of all the property was not cleaned and we had to wait for 15 mines in lobby. Lift was smelling a lot. Though room was spacios as described it was not clean at all. Mirrors in room are terrible. I see insects were also there. AC remote won't work. It stays in 18 only. Flush were always leaking and floor was slippery. ***ager helped with additional mat, that was the only positive. I don't recommend for family.

I am from coimbatore, single lady solo traveller. I have booked this hotel directly for my interview. Very close to shopping malls and center of the city. Friendly staffs and food are tasty. Rooms are near and clean.

Had an amazing time here. Would definitely recommend. Room: Rooms are spacious, hygienic, and well maintained. There's a double bed (memory foam, I guess), two pillows and a comforter made of linen. Charging sockets are near the head, so you can charge your device and scroll. There's a comfy chair made of memory foam on the side of the bed where you can lounge on and relax. There's also a wardrobe with mirror, a teapoy, a bedside, wash basin, WiFi and TV. There are two ceiling fans and an AC, which really brings the temperature down quick. Overall a very good setup, I'd say. Bathroom: Bathroom is spacious enough for one person. Very clean. Western toiletry. Towel provided. Staff: Staff are very courteous and accommodate every need of the guest. Front office guy speaks Tamil, English and Hindi, so outstation travellers need not panic. I checked in at 00:20 midnight after driving 700 kms, and they didn't show any signs of distress. They were happy and welcoming. That I would remember whenever I think of this place. Parking: There's no designated parking ground, but you don't expect that in the heart of the city. The front courtyard accommodates three cars, and there's lockable gate and security full time. Your cars are safe. Accessibility: The property is on Anna Salai, exactly opposite to Kalaignar TV and there's a huge sign board out front. Even if you drove with your eyes closed and google maps on, you'd find it.
