Not worth the price. The location is in an offbeat road, and the hotel is actually a part of a common building.
The room is extremely small and clustered and looked very dated. There was hardly any space to walk in the room. The floor tile of the room was broken and was a hazard whenever we stepped on it. Food options are limited.

當初訂房的原因是因為距離IIT Madras 開會的地方很近。
除非你想找便宜飯店，否則千萬不要入住。隔音很差、房間潮濕、空調老舊而且噪音很大聲。凌晨1點還有工作人員在走廊講話、讓人無法入睡。保證以後不會再入住了。

The Hotel is located very close to IITM Research park. The rooms have a great view and the food in restaurant is tasty. Good service given by Nalu, and front office Cheryl, Sulagna and the House keeping services are great. I will recommend this hotel

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Safety wise, it’s really safe for female solo traveller too. Nalu and Pankaj from food and beverage went beyond to make their customers feel comfortable right from choice of food to taste of food. My stay here has been for 10 days and I can say it has one of the most friendly and accommodative staff. Thank you!

Super service by the staff. They are trained and give their best service. The hotel location is best, situated at the IITM Research Park. Easy access to the good number of companies. The food is tasty and the rooms are clean and well maintained

They are super professional especially the restaurant staffs. Nalu and Pankaj are the who ask for need to resto desk that's what we liked the most. A soft vocal and true professional behaviour apart from that food is also super good. Caring for every guest on theirs restaurant. Have a happy visit!!

The house keeping is well maintained and the rooms are clean. Beautiful views from the rooms , especially in the morning. Located within the reach of IITM institute. Restaurant food prepared by the chefs are tasty and delicious. Will come again.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The ambience is good with parking facility. The restaurant food is tasty at affordable price. Restaurant is neat and restaurent service personal nalu is very polite and helpful in all service delivery..i have been in this hotel frequenty and i could see the quality of service has been improved in all aspects recently.. i would recomend for everyone who is looking for hoteld near tara***i

The check in process was good. The staff were kind enough to do a express check in. The guys at the restaurant are amazing. I had ordered for a juice and was promptly served. The location was very good and the restaurant ***ager mr. Naku was kind and gave good service
