My recent stay at the Sabari Grand in Chennai was a positive experience overall. The check-in process was refreshingly fast and efficient. The staff members were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring a smooth arrival. The room itself was clean and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. While the hotel boasts two restaurants, I found the food to be average. However, the convenient location makes up for it. Situated just about one and a half kilometers from T. Nagar, a popular shopping area, the Sabari Grand provides easy access to a variety of dining options. Overall, I would recommend the Sabari Grand to travelers seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Chennai. The friendly staff, clean accommodations, and close proximity to T. Nagar make it a solid choice for both business and leisure trips. Just keep in mind that you might want to explore the surrounding area for some of your meals.

Nice peaceful location. Near to U.S. Consulate. Very clean surrounding. The staff was very helpful. Room was big and clean. Check in process was smooth. Breakfast was awsome esp South Indian dishes. They allowed us one hour late check out also

It is a business trip, property is good all requirements can be met. Room : Quality is poor due to lack of upkeeping, maintenance is also poor. Service: Front office and FNB both are not dedicated to customer service and excellence. May be due to lack of mystery audits and supervision Breakfast : Bakery products are extremely bad don't dare to eat also Breakfast was so ordinary. Don't expect too much. Entire review is based on stay and breakfast. I feel sorry for a good property

We checked-in to this place with a booking for two nights stay - Friday and Saturday (checkout on Sunday). We checked-in late and since we were 3 guests in all (I ***** with my husband and my 12-year old), we were told we would be charged for an extra bed. We said we are ok with it. We went to the room and kept reminding the house-keeping staff to get the bed and finally around 11:00PM they got it. The breakfast, though looks like a wide spread has no taste. We kept asking for water at the table but never got. We asked for light coffee and the coffee that was served was the strongest possible. On asking, the waiter said it can be changed "if you want". As I was not doing well, we decided to checkout on Saturday itself instead of Sunday. When asked if they can refund one day's amount, we were told their system does not allow it. We left it and started driving back to Bangalore. On our way back, we got a call from the front-desk that we have to pay for the additional bed. We asked if this payment can be adjusted against the additional day booking amount, the answer was it is not possible. Till we got back to Bangalore we got at least 6 reminder calls to make the payment and my husband kept telling that he is driving and would make the payment when we get back home. We did that as the first thing once we got back. Sunday morning again we got a call that the payment is not reflected in the "system". We suggested they wait for it to show up on the system. Again - reminder calls. Then my husband finally offered to send a screenshot of the payment made the previous night and sorted this out. Couple of hours later, we get at least two calls asking us to checkout at 12:00PM Sunday! When we tell that it's close to 24 hours that we checked out, again the answer is the same - "it is not reflected in the system". It is high time either your systems work or you have staff that can ***ually handle this. Hotels were functional even before systems came into being and in a much more customer friendly way - not haunting them with literally a dozen calls!

Excellent location of the Hotel for Shopping in Pondy Bazaar and T Nagar Very good location to nearby Kalayana ***tapams for attending marriages Very good tasty breakfast well spread out Overall excellent experience

Stayed in this hotel on a business trip for one week of time...It was a very good calm and pleasent stay over there..The location was very easily accessible to all kind of market. Remarkable service provided right from my check in to check out...even though the dinner was served as a packed dinner to room..Even i reached late night to the room after my long day ..The room service staff checked me for the requirment of dinner..Over all stay was very nice..Definitely will be back for the stay..Roof top swimming pool, gym are awesome.

QUALITY INN SABARI GRAND,chennai Hi My dears I would like to express my thanks & appreciation for the service & care I received at this hotel from17/5/21 to 11/7/21. The room were very clean & comfortable.and the staff was amazing especially House keeping service..I have wonderful experiencein this hotel..And the food service also good ..TheName like they have Done QUALITY in SERVICE..🥰😘
