Palette - Benzz Park

Hotel needs major upgrading. Hotel was undergoing renovation which I feel we should have been informed upfront. Stay there was good.

The hotel is under renovation at the moment which will impact the experience. The reception staff are not the friendliest but the other staff were always willing to assist. The rooms and bathroom are clean however, our hotel room was one of the few rooms that you can use on the floor as the other rooms were being renovated or being used to store paint/equipment. There are not ***y eating places that are near so we ordered room service for 3 nights and the food was delicious. Surprisingly, they kept insisting that we eat in the hotel room rather than come down for dinner even though the restaurant was quite neat and being used to serve breakfast. The breakfast was basic with traditional south Indian food. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the hotel except for the reception area. There were ***y people seated at reception to use this facility. Overall, an average experience but the renovations currently underway in the hotel are an important consideration if you attend in the near future.

Hotel Benzz Park is currently undergoing construction and renovation, rendering it completely inhabitable and a complete waste of money. There is ongoing construction on each floor, making it feel more like a construction site than a hotel. The website and booking platforms failed to mention anything about the ongoing renovations. I would have never booked a room here had I known the extent of the construction at this hotel. In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone considering staying at Hotel Benzz Park to avoid it until renovations are complete. It is not a place for guests; it's a place for construction workers. Save your money and your sanity and find accommodations elsewhere.
