The concern here the hotel is heavily booked for events to individual parties so the cars coming to the hotel venue gets very decisively packed. So, we were told drop outside the hotel making us walk up the slope and walk to the hotel. We stay in the hotel for 7 nights and breakfast menu never got changed for 7 days!!! We can understand the normal fruits, bread and normal breakfast range is there but not the chicken curry throughout the 7 days. I am sure the chef can change the style of the chicken from curry to other varieties. No complaints in terms service best we can ask for. Thank You

Como sempre, tudo FOI BOM desde o início ... o check in até o check out. O pequeno-almoço que não era o habitual durante a nossa última estadia lá estava completamente oposto desta vez ... entendeu que havia um trabalho de reabilitação facial realizado no restaurante na última vez e como tal era desculpável.. Desta vez, o hotel excedeu a nossa expectativa de um pequeno-almoço buffet, tanto para o serviço normal como para o serviço de restauração. Gostaríamos de agradecer a todos os funcionários do restaurante, especialmente o gerente do restaurante SK Allarakha, por terem feito todas as manhãs um dia agradável com todos os serviços cortesos que ele e a sua bela equipe nos apresentaram. Isso levou a minha família a celebrar o 60o aniversário da manhã do 16/1/2026 antes de partir para o voo.Obrigado por um serviço excelente e cortesso que mostrámos à minha família e i.Nós definitivamente escolheremos ficar no TRT novamente a próxima vez. Way2go todos ... Adeus!

The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

Para a minha primeira viagem para a Índia, este hotel era absolutamente incrível!Honestamente, a hospitalidade aqui foi a melhor de sempre.O pessoal sempre se inspeccionou, perguntando se precisava de alguma coisa, especialmente no pequeno-almoço. É UMA boa viagem, e EU vou reservar aqui se EU voltar para Chennai.

Hotel looks lovely and on the surface seems like a high quality hotel. But the service was seriously shambolic. They didn't provide hand towels in the room, we had to ask several times for them before they finally appeared. The breakfast was bizarre - noone manning the coffee station but you weren't allowed to serve yourself (it was just a push button machine). No decaffeinated tea or coffee. It took ages to receive the love station food even though the breakfast room wasn't even 1/4 full as we were very early. They agreed to book us a taxi but on reconfirmation they had no record of it, so they tried to persuade us to instead use the hotel charter vehicle for 4x the price! It's a shame, for the price we expected better service and less chaos.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too.

My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day. A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service

Location, good, amenities, average, rooms, cleanliness, bath etc, good, coffee shop only for breakfast, average, the quality, spread, and taste need improvement, no lunch or dinner possible or available. However for the price you get value.

good services and location. silent atmosphere good food and variety of breakfast. the only problem was that in online booking it is shown smoking is allowed where in it is a non smoking property. should change it becomes difficult for smokers

Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.
