West Coast Resort

The marketing of this place is literally to scam people thinking that this hotel is great, it’s not. When we arrived, we saw another customer who was surprised that they needed to pay another +~450 yuan upon arrival. The staff didn’t know how to treat customers, left my passport on the counter irresponsibly and forgot to give us our room key after finishing our business. On top of the extra 450 yuan to complete the booking, we gad to pay an additional 550 for deposit to stay there. It quickly became evident that the management of the place extorts money from people as we entered our room to see a price list next to our free water bottles, stating that it is 5yuan per water bottle. Breakfast also sucks as there’s limited choices and not even coffee was available. The machine serves instant powder coffee and there’s no indication of where we could sit for breakfast. I stood around with my plate of food for 3 minutes while waiting for other people to finish eating. Then sat at a dirty table to eat my breakfast. Apart from the beautiful location, there’s not much to enjoy at this hotel. There also isn’t any hot springs at this hotel. It’s only a small section of the outside pool that is heated.

Nice hotel, but needs renovation. I wish I went there when is was just built. The building and the rooms have good design (accept the glass doors in the bathroom) but are a bit old. The parking next to the hotel is huge but was full during our three days stays and we were asked to park quite far from the entrance. It was very full. The hotel is right next to the beach which is not crowed or dirty. I wish they had a basin for washing feet at the back gate that leads to the beach. I liked the garden there. The swimming pool is nice but I think it is managed by a different company since the service at the pool is very different from the hotel. But the pool itself is great, very big and clean. You may feel a bit disturbed because of the pool’s lifeguard who always shows and complains about everything. I don’t recommend the restaurant, it’s overpriced for its menu and taste. The breakfast is okay but definitely not something worth commenting on.

房間超預期，景色好，離海邊近，温泉泳池水温高，入水游泳無困難，早餐品質也不錯，泳池救生員及早餐廚師能看出都很認真負責。最重要的是前台接待陳元智可愛熱情，讓我們多次來澄邁泡温泉游泳但第一次嘗試西海岸大酒店有了很好的印象，房間清潔宋琬妃阿姐每天及時清潔，快速有求必應。希望酒店其他員工都能更熱情，讓我們更願意常來長住。

去年出差選擇入住了這家酒店，工程部李天兵給我留下了很好的印象，這次我們一家人自駕來海南遊玩，就果斷的選擇入住了西海岸大酒店，我抱着試試能不能聯繫上老朋友李天兵，電話打通了還要兩三個小時才能到酒店，他給我們發了位置，又幫我們訂了晚餐，非常感謝這位朋友的熱情周到，酒店的優質服務和客房的乾淨衞生及美味飯菜，還有入住免費游泳的温泉游泳館，真的不錯，老婆還誇這個酒店及這位朋友給力，非常感謝李天兵給我們的幫助和酒店工作人員的貼心服務

房間稍微舊了點，但服務可不打折扣，特別是前台的秋秋，態度特別温和，聽説我想看日落，又帶了2個娃，專門給升級了可以看日落的家庭房！給人賓至如歸的感覺！海景房可不是衹是一扇窗户，遠遠地看海，而是實打實推窗即大海！春節假期，500多的價格，後門就是沙灘，回酒店又有資格温泉可泡，還要什麼自行車？！已經跟朋友約好，明年過年又來這家！

酒店環境很好，非常適合度假旅遊，酒店的服務員非常熱情周到，前台陳元智工作認真負責，耐心的介紹酒店客房區別，酒店的設施，給我推薦周邊吃喝玩樂，辦理入住和退房手續迅速，能夠快速響應客人的需求，解決問題。行李員吳書凱也很給力幫我們推行李進房間 很熱情
