Perfect service by very kind staffs.
Kids friendly hotel as well with the game corner and spacious kids room.
Can enjoy nice view of the lake and can see the sunset in the hotel or at the hotel beach.
Feed in the restaurant is also nice and staffs are friendly to our kids.

We went to play some table tennis and we were told it was an additional fee. The whole experience was lacking. The buffet was cold (dinner and breakfast) something I ate at dinner made me sick the next day of our trip. Had to cut it short and go home to recover. The waitresses in the restaurant seemed oblivious that we were even there. The “cigar lounge” was great except the lack of cigars. (I bring my own anyway)
Best part was location. We were able to walk quite a ways around the lake while still on hotel grounds.
Still angry about the need to pay to use the table tennis table. We had our own rackets and balls. Pool was cold and dirty so we didn’t even swim.
Bed was soft but the pillows were like stones. No sleep. Shower was warm but not hot.
Overall. We won’t be returning

Great service, as at any Hilton. I gave the location a 4/5, because after they filled in the outside pool, it just hasn't been as beautiful as it was before. This hotel is still highly recommended, though.

The location was very beautiful. There’s not a lot to do in the area but the hotel has a lot of activities for kids. We enjoyed the pool and the kids playroom. The breakfast was great. The other meals and drinks were overpriced. We made sure to get drinks and snacks from a convenient store before coming.

這家酒店是撫仙湖邊上最最高檔、環境最好的了！佔地面積很大很大，在裏面散步很舒服，可以直達湖邊。我定的是湖景大床房，我一個人自駕車過來撫仙湖環湖遊的，跟前台接待妹子説了我想發呆躺平，給了我在五樓的最正面的無敵海景房，在陽台上泡茶發呆非常非常滿意！
這家酒店給我最深刻的好印象就是：從開車到達酒店門口，一直到第二天退房離開，遇到的每一個員工都會主動微笑問好！門口迎賓員主動引導停車、幫忙拿行李送達房間，餐廳服務員禮貌熱情、主動介紹菜品，在餐廳吃了一頓晚餐味道好極了，這邊廚師做的東南亞風情菜品非常正宗！健身房和游泳池的服務員也是主動介紹、希爾頓該有的服務水準都被他們做得很好！優於我住過的其他城市的希爾頓酒店！房間乾淨漂亮，早餐很豐盛，他們家的水果見橙子都去皮切得那麼漂亮。我定的房間還有增送了旅拍，讓我度過了非常愉快滿意的一天！
説説不足之處吧（本來全五分，扣掉的一分給設施上）第一，作為五星級的希爾頓酒店，馬桶還是普通那種，連恆温馬桶墊都沒有，應該升級下。窗簾也不是電動窗簾，第二，配套的牙刷和一二百塊錢一天的那種土民宿一樣，甚至還不如，建議酒店升級一下牙具等用品，冰箱裏的增飲也幾乎沒有。第三，我最不滿意的是：酒店的洗澡水温度不是很高，雖然洗澡是不會冷算是夠用了，但是浴缸泡澡就温吞吞的感覺，我喜歡高温一點的熱水卻沒有，而且這個問題從晚上到第二天白天都是一樣存在的。室內恆温游泳池好像更合適小朋友，深度衹有不到1.2米，水温偏冷，游完泳上來的洗澡水也同樣温吞吞的無法調高温一點。第四，去湖邊的小路修得有點破破爛爛（見最後一圖）升級一下湖邊的園藝配套會更好！

酒店位置無可挑剔，獨佔撫仙湖的一角，酒店小花園直接可以到湖邊，沿途薰衣草、竹林、綠地，都維護的非常好。酒店背靠山，夜晚睡覺很安靜，山上的蟲鳥叫聲很解壓，空氣也很好。美中不足，早餐性價比不值這樣的價位，看到其他顧客也有這樣評價，真是同感。
最大的驚喜是店裡合作的鉑爵旅拍，原本沒抱多大希望，因為住店客人免費送三張，所以本着體驗的想法。沒想到效果非常非常好，去店裡選片沒忍住選了20張。給我拍照的是耿總監，效率特別高，才半個多小時，拍了很多照片 。
