The location is good, you can walk to downtown in 10-15 mins. There are convenient stores, food shops around the hotel. You may hear noises from the street in your room during rush hours but for me it was alright. Most of the staffs are nice. I forgot my charger there and the hotel contacted me through Wechat. This is very caring. The room is clean and nicely decorated. Nice experience, good place to stay. Great value!

The hotel is at walking distance from the People's park and Tianfu square. While walking from the subway station is possible, it is not so comfortable if one has heavy luggage. The area has some shops/restaurants (I recommend dinner at the hot pot restaurant on the main cross road near the hotel) but the hotel street is not a busy commercial street. By walking a little more, one can reach Kuan Alley. The hotel itself is pleasant and also pleasantly smells orange. They provide free orange juice at the reception and candies in the room. The room was modern, clean, and the space adequate though not with the best view from the window. We particularly liked the free self-service laundry. English is not spoken, but checkin/checkout were smooth with mobilephone translation, and the staff was friendly.

Amazing! We chose this hotel for its prime location and promising facilities, amenities and views. Our room was clean and very spacious for a family of 3. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub - there’s even a sauna here. Having a washing machine and drier in the room made it convenient for us to wash and dry our wet clothes from swimming. Our stay here was worth every penny. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

Well located near the intercity bus stop. Rooms are very large, nice bathroom with good amenities. Beds are extremely comfortable. TV in the room with hundreds of channels. The best part is that it is near restaurants. Right outside you can rent bikes and explore the city. There is a restaurant on site as well, but didn't try it. If on a budget and looking for a one or two night stay it's a good option. Booked one night and then added another for convenience.

We had a wonderful experience here in Somerset Gaoxin Chengdu. The staff's unwavering dedication to excellence was evident throughout my stay. Their meticulous attention to detail and graciousness truly set them apart. We didn’t expect that they can accommodate almost all of our needs. We were so impressed with all the service here. And the food delivery service was so convenient and fun. The robot sent our food to the door, and my son had so much fun with the robot. All the staff are so dedicated deserve the best rating.

After researching online for a long time, I finally chose this hotel. As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt like I was in the right place. The front desk service was not very good. They even sent me to the door of the room and thoughtfully introduced some of the hotel's facilities and equipment, including breakfast. For late-night snacks and the like, I saw the elegant hotel environment along the way. I also like this style. When I arrived at the room, I felt that it was very clean and tidy. The facilities were all fine and convenient. Then it was time for breakfast the next day. Wow, it is as rich as a star-rated hotel. I ate a big plate of what I usually eat very little. They also asked us how our stay was when we checked out. It was very considerate. Big thumbs up👍

This is one of the most cost-effective hotels I have ever stayed in in Chengdu. The hotel is in an excellent location, 300 to 400 meters away from the subway station, and parking is free. The decoration style and quality of the hotel are quite good, and the atmosphere is calm. The hotel service starts from the friendly smiling faces and communication skills of Xiao Wu and Xiao Yin at the front desk, which makes customers feel comfortable. The feeling of coming home like a spring breeze is not comparable to the routine professional smile at the front desk. You can truly feel the hotel's attentive service in the little girl's smile!

After entering the room, I felt that it was exactly as advertised, and it was indeed wild and highlighted the theme. It was super awesome. I will try another room next time. And you can get there directly by subway, so the transportation is very convenient.

Highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation in Xindu and near the Panda Research Base. Just like its name, when you walk into the lobby, you know you’re somewhere special. Our Panda Family Room was an amazing treat for the kids with lots of toys, games and panda stuffies. the staff was wonderfully accommodating. And just as special is its location above a great mall with lots of wonderful food options, from many highly rated local and international cuisines to many delicious street food places on -1. Best of many worlds!
