This hotel has a really good price-utility ratio. The cleaning lady is really nice and professional. The room is cleaned every day and towels, toilet paper is exchanged every day. There is a live bar in the near of my room, so in the evening I could hear some sound for some hours, but this was okay for me. I also didn’t have a window, but the price was fair, because of its location. For me, this was no matter.

The hotel is at walking distance from the People's park and Tianfu square. While walking from the subway station is possible, it is not so comfortable if one has heavy luggage. The area has some shops/restaurants (I recommend dinner at the hot pot restaurant on the main cross road near the hotel) but the hotel street is not a busy commercial street. By walking a little more, one can reach Kuan Alley. The hotel itself is pleasant and also pleasantly smells orange. They provide free orange juice at the reception and candies in the room. The room was modern, clean, and the space adequate though not with the best view from the window. We particularly liked the free self-service laundry. English is not spoken, but checkin/checkout were smooth with mobilephone translation, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is in the city center, the environment is OK, mainly close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, about one kilometer away, very convenient, the hotel is on a relatively high floor, the aunt who cleans the room should be attentive, the room is clean, and it is also larger than expected, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and breakfast is given as a gift, a buffet-style breakfast

The location of the hotel is near (walking distance) to the bus station to Jiu Zhai Guo. Unfortunately, the hotel was ongoing renovation during my stay. They has closed the whole ground floor which include the relocation of the entrance of the hotel to a back-lane. I have trying hard to look for the hotel during check-in. There was no breakfast during the renovation period. The hotel only provide a milk, an egg and some breads as breakfast. This was no told during the booking of the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the high floor where I live is very quiet. It is within walking distance from Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. The lady at the front desk is very gentle. The elevator is a bit small. The toilet shower has a ceiling spray, which is very good.

Location is good, near subway, a lot of places sell good food around. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room is clean and the bed is also comfortable. Near Wuhou shrine temple. Will stay here again if I visit Chengdu next time

Environment: It is very quiet to sleep with the window open at night, which is quite satisfactory. The view outside the window is shown in p5, which should be a parking lot. Hygiene: There were mosquitoes in the hotel lobby in early May, but fortunately there were none in the room. Apart from that, the hygiene is quite good. The hotel cleans and replenishes daily supplies every day. You can see the photos for the specific hygiene situation. This is the actual situation after we stayed in the hotel for 3+ days. Facilities: The sink was blocked, but it was repaired quickly after reporting to the front desk; the only metal rod in the bathroom where clothes can be hung was shaky, and it fell off after I hung the clothes. Fortunately, it didn't hit my feet... Otherwise it would be a tragedy 😓😓😓 The cleaning staff took away the fallen rod, and no one came to repair it later. Apart from that, other facilities are acceptable and can still be lived in. Service: It's okay, but we basically didn't ask for any service needs. We didn't stay in the hotel most of the time, and only came back to wash and sleep at night.

I saw this hotel online and thought it was very good, so I decided to book it. The front desk greeted me warmly as soon as I entered the door. After checking in, they helped me take my luggage to the room. When I checked in, I added the front desk WeChat. If I had anything to do, I could send it to WeChat and it would be solved immediately. When I checked out, I was given a red panda as an unexpected surprise. A very recommended hotel

The experience was great, the front desk sister saw the children and upgraded the larger room for free. I also reminded me when to have breakfast. The room lighting is very good, and there is a projection, and the children are very happy. The air conditioner is also more powerful and the temperature drops in a few minutes. The shopping mall next to it is also great, and the children are unwilling to go. The tea eggs for breakfast were very good. I ate two. The children felt that the floor-to-ceiling windows of the restaurant were very comfortable, black, and they didn't leave. They said they wanted to write quietly. When checking out, the front desk sister also picked up three cups of hot water. Before leaving, she asked if we had parking. Parking in the store is free. The service is really good, I can feel that I am attentive to the guests. Stay here next time.

The location of the hotel is great, right next to the river but also very close to most of the attractions and Chunxi Road, where a large shopping arcade and countless restaurants are located. The room was very clean and well equipped, if you understand Chinese you can relax in the evening and watch a movie on the screen in your room. The rooms are quite spacious and the free-standing bathtub was also a big plus. The hotel is a little difficult to find as the entrance is somewhat inconspicuous. When you first enter, it looks a bit strange as the foyer is full of antique vases and more (one of the employees is interested in antiquity and sells them). The staff are very friendly and also speaks English.
