I hope hotel are doing well. I am writing this letter of thanks to thanking you for golden key travel consultation services whice is shirly. Me with my family visited sheraton hotel a week ago and were very pleased with Shirly hospitality. Given us no room for complaints. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was brought to our room. And we received complimentary fruit. My sister was very pleased with the room's interior design and has decided to come here next year as well for a vacation. The recreational facilities at the hotel did not let us be bored, and enjoyed it very much as well. We had a great time till our stay lasted.
I want to thank you once again for your hotel services and wish you the best of luck in your business.

Extremely clean hotel, and facilities was updated. Less than 2 minute walk to one of the central train lines. Would recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu.

This is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Everything is good except the design and construction quality. It’s more like a 4 star facility

Checked in late, and the front office staff was able to accommodate my needs. Room was also upgraded, to my pleasant surprise. Had an great overall stay.

We had a pretty good 4 nights stay at the hotel.
The location is actually not bad but due to the renovation work that cordon up the hotel leaving the hotel with only one entrance/exit, hence, leaving and coming back to the hotel is a bit inconvenient. The room is clean and spacious. The staffs there are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel and amenities,5 star service , the pool is nice at perfect temperature in winter. The staff was helpful and polite and helped us find a forgotten T-shirt. They can speak English very well. The only inconvenience was the drilling taking place in the morning.
