This hotel is very convenient for transportation to the panda base, which is about a 15 minute drive away. Very easy to find taxi or get a DiDi. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious. Provided free bottles of water every day.

When we first arrived we realized the hot water wasn’t working so I had to take a cold shower. They eventually got it working again but that was very daunting. Then the cell signal in the hotel is HORRIBLE, my phone literally had no service at all! The wifi either didn’t work at all or was too slow. When I asked the front desk about it they said they have bad cell and wifi service. I respected the honesty. The room is big and the bathroom area is huge. All in all it was ok but because of the Internet issues I wouldn’t book it again.

I really enjoyed the hotel, the only problem I had is that on Apple Maps it shows the hotel at a different place. At three in the morning it was quite difficult to find. The other complaint I had was breakfast, it definitely did not cater for the western palate. I loved the room.

特種兵到成都看林俊傑演唱會 同時又想看大熊貓 就定在了離熊貓基地近一點的這家酒店
租車自駕很好找停車位很充足
就是附近路口在修地鐵白天還是有點吵的 酒店貼心提供了耳塞
服務很到位 退房的時候落下了轉換插頭及時聯繫了我
周圍吃的也很多 很不錯

酒店環境衞生好，服務員每天都來打掃衞生，周邊近超市，龍譚市周邊小吃多，很方便。下次出來，還會過來住，前台按金拿忘了，小姐姐加微信轉賬來，非常客氣！！

房間乾淨整潔非常滿意，主要是服務態度太好了，訂房的時候我就説怕房間冷提前給我開空調，到了一進房間房間裏非常暖和。北方人出差最怕南方的房間冷。這裏太讓人有賓至如歸的感覺了。給好評！五星好評

設施：設施還不錯維護的挺好的可能是因為特價的原因房間顯得小裏小氣不過設施確實都挺好的
衞生：衞生也沒得説確實還不錯乾淨衞生
環境：環境周邊還好啦因為房子在這邊最近在裝修附近的環境都不錯
服務：該説不説的一點來了，第一次住的時候那個吹風機和投影大屏幕我給了差評因為那天晚上真的太困了不過第二次入住的時候他們給我單獨給了個吹風機服務很棒！店長也是親力親為非常不錯哦～後面幾次入住感覺直網上升哈哈哈哈～

選擇這家酒店的原因是第一眼被酒店名字吸引到了，來到酒店前台，前台的 非常熱情，服務很周到，考慮周全。上電梯要刷卡，這點很好。客房衞生也很乾凈整潔！離熊貓基地很近，酒店有很多熊貓元素，很可愛~還有窗花貼紙，滿滿的聖誕氣息！
