工作人員服務態度是非常好的. 但一個女生一個人住在這兒的一晚上真的是難忘的經歷. 大概是晚上10點中吧，座機一直被撥打，一直叫，叫到了10:15分左右.中間我接起來3次，無人應答，全是雜音. 掛掉後座機繼續叫， 最後一次也就是這個視頻，接起來是空音，無人回答. 打電話詢問，不是酒店打的，他們也迅速的來到了現場，最後得到的答案是其他房間小孩子做的惡作劇，我問具體惡作劇房間號是什麼，他們沒有回答我. 問他們房間號的原因，就是我想確定一下是不是那個小孩子打的。如果是小孩子打的話，我就不害怕了。但是他又沒有跟我説房間號，導致那個晚上我基本上沒有睡着。外面一點點風吹草動我也能驚醒. 總的來説基本上一個晚上沒怎麼睡到覺. 另外，我在攜程上訂了房間，到了酒店被前台告知建議我需要升級，因為大床房都是靠近很多空調的位置，會很吵. 我説定的時候攜程上沒有告訴我. 我覺得還是要在攜程上標記好，對顧客才是真的負責。
寫得有點囉嗦，外出讀書，工作，旅遊那麼多次，那麼多年，第一次遇到這樣對事情，真的是很難忘……. 總之下次不會再訂這個酒店了…. 實在是對於我而言有點嚇人.

服務態度好，有任何需求都會立馬迴應，有早餐挺豐富的（有炒麪，炒飯，營養早餐，拉麪，水果，包子，餃子等），設備齊全，房間衞生乾淨整潔，燈光氛圍很不錯，就像是住在一個小型的電影院。還有客服座機，聯繫方便，安全性強，裏面有個內鎖

房間位於20層，約20平左右吧，盥洗室內有單獨的洗衣機，枕頭被子是羽絨的，十分好評。唯一的缺點在於淋浴室的門似乎不夠密封，洗澡後門外會有積水，幾次差點摔倒。
