During this visit, I was impressed by the hotel's cleaning service. The staff put a lot of effort into cleaning, ensuring that every corner was kept pleasantly clean. They also consistently ensured that towels and toiletries in the room were fully stocked, which was very convenient for me. Additionally, I appreciated the hotel's attitude towards maintenance. Even for minor damages, as soon as I raised an issue, they addressed it promptly, demonstrating their commitment to guest comfort. However, I did encounter a few minor issues during my stay. Firstly, adjusting the hot water while showering was not very easy, which took me some time and affected my overall experience. Also, one day the cleaning service came a bit late, which was somewhat inconvenient. The hotel's location is very convenient, and the photos matched the actual situation. However, I did notice a slight odor in the restroom, and I hope this can be improved. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I was impressed by the quality of service and the attitude of the staff. I hope the hotel can further improve the hot water facilities and ensure the punctuality of the cleaning service, so that I can enjoy an even better experience during my next stay.
