The young man on the phone was extremely annoyed by my call and made me feel like it was my fault for receiving the wrong code! After several minutes of arguing, I was finally able to get a new confirmation code. I was extremely disappointed to have such an annoyed and sometimes aggressive employee as my "helper" on the phone! Please don't forget that you are a service provider and that you very kindly accepted my payment for my stay!"

There's a pretty good Chinese restaurant near the hotel; those craving authentic Chinese food can give it a try. Next to the hotel is a library-like area, a nice spot for taking photos."
