I really enjoyed my stay at Strozzi Palace suites by Mansley, Cheltenham. This is always my go-to stay whenever I travel solo here and with good reason. Optimal location, good amount of space for the price and the ability to come and go with ease are amongst the things I like most about it. This time I was pleasantly surprised to engage with Roy on the way out, I could tell that he was passionate about his work and was really lovely to chat to. Thanks Roy and Mansley for my delightful stay. I shall be back!

What a delightful place! Perfect location, fantastic customer service going the extra mile to accomodate our requests. High end bathroom products, stylish and very comfortable interiors and very reasonable. Would highly recommend (very rarely provide reviews but felt this was well deserving of praise). Will definitely be back, thank you.

Fantastic from start to finish. Great check in service and room was well presented, spaced out and very comfortable. There was a chap on the door who was super friendly and showed me how to use the keypad to get in. Coffee machine and fresh milk was a nice touch. Will stay here again

Second stay here and it didn't disappoint again. Pre-arrival communication was very good, and the suite was excellent as before. Good, functional kitchenette; a small but comfartable living area and very large comfortable bed. Bathroom with over bath shower. All in all, clean and modern with a touch of luxury, but at a sensible price. I will be back. Thank you.

Lovely building just out of the centre of Cheltenham. Lovely large room with incredibly comfortable bed, nice sound system and lots of nice additional touches - Bose sound system, bathrobes, slippers. I stay here quite a lot with work when the two-night minimum stay rules don't apply, but would highly recommend it to anyone - much better value than any of the hotels in town.

Fantastic private apartment. It has all the facilities you could want. Warm radiators on demand. Air con when you need it. And to top it off a very comfy bed. Wish check out was later in the morning though. Although a nespresso machine and a pint of milk was a lovely touch.

Best kept secret ! Lovely place and super location so everything is walking distance, NCP at the end of the road is £14.50 for 24 hrs, although hotel does have a car park somewhere. Roy was lovely and happy to help ! Would def return. Only negative was I found it had to find but that’s me and not down to the hotel !

Amazing apartment in a central location. Comfortable beds and big fluffy towels...what more could you ask for? The staff are both professional and friendly...a big shout out to Roy, who ensures your stay is relaxing. Muse restaurant, which is within easy walking distance, is a must for a special evening.

Overall the stay was superb. In central Cheltenham, it was great for a one night stay. The bed was very comfy. Fantastic small touches like slippers and a pint of milk were brilliant. Communication with the management team were brilliant .Definitely would stay again
