Crescent Place

Lovely apartment and perfect location. I’d have a small sofa infront of the tv downstairs though instead of the table and seat you have. A nice comfortable sit down area would work better. The tea bags were disgusting and the neighbours were really loud. Banging until all hours :( but the bath was wonderful and the place very clean and modern. Love the layout.

Lovely room, easy booking, great location. Room was nicely appointed and really handy parking included made life very easy. Staff very helpful and responsive to email contact and in person. Nice touches in the room, included lovely quality teas and coffees. Will definitely use Crescent Place again!

One night stay whilst visiting Cheltenham (which we know quite well). Location excellent near to town centre etc. Good to have free parking close by (though car park entrance was not immediately obvious due to "no entry" signs!) Helped out by friendly staff/manager who was in the C/P at the time. Automated hotel/room entry system seemed to work well. Room and bed were comfortable, good shower and amenities available. Not too much street noise. WIFI worked fine. Didn't use TV. Slight niggle was a strange intermittent noise which appeared to come from the aircon unit even when switched off, though it stopped in the night. Only other minor issue was the "pulsating" air freshener in the lobby (my wife is very sensitive to the scents so we tried to avoid!) Would definitely recommend and use again if in the area.
