We stayed at the Aloft Chattanooga March 2 - 4. There was only enough towels and wash rags for one person. We called the front desk and asked them to bring us more and a iron and ironing board as there wasn't one in the room and they told us they would. They called us back a couple minutes later and told us they didn't have any towels and wash rags available at the time and that they didn't have anyone available to bring the iron and that I had to come get it. When I got the ironing board it was a tabletop one and the back legs were missing so I had to lay it on the bed to iron. When we left for the day I stopped by the front desk to ask them if they could make sure we got more towels and wash rags placed in our room. They lady at the front desk told me she was going to get with the head housekeeper and take care of it. When we got back no one had been in our room. I went back to the front desk and I was told that all the towels and wash rags were in the industrial dryer and to check back in an hour. We finally got them two hours later. I'm switching over from normally staying at Hiltons and this is not the type of service I expect from Marriott. Hopefully I can expect to have better experiences going forward.
