Bed coverings and sheets were stained. The floors in the lobby were dirty as well as the floors in the elevator.

Check in host was great. Lobby and eating area was nice.
Room was not nice. Sheets were stained. Carpet worn out and dirty. Shower leaked. Breakfast was not good.

Check in person was awkward and slow.
Room was good
Shower was awful. There was a hole in the shower taped up with some kind of tape instead of being properly repaired.
Everyone had to take freezing cold showers.

Asked for a quite room, as we were traveling long hours. We were put in room 322. This room was right across from a gas station with semis pulling out all night long. This is something we asked for ahead of our stay. Breakfast was so so. The young girl preparing it was wonderful.

Clean room, clean bathroom, good shower water pressure, easy-to-use TV, coffee in lobby was good. Very friendly staff. We only stayed one night but we'll be back.

We had a long 16 Hour Dr. and we had people trying to get into the room at 8 AM in the morning on three different occasions after the first time they should’ve got the message that we were still sleeping unfortunately we were so exhausted that we didn’t put the do not disturb on the outside but you would think after the first time they would get the hint that is the only issue we had other than that it was clean, nice bathroom,comfy bed, check out was 11 AM so to be disturbed three times between eight and 9 o’clock is unacceptable. maybe they had new staff on andneed retraining. Other than that it was a 10 hour stay . Wish we could have slept in a little longer.

I was quite disappointed in the cleanliness of our bathroom. Upon check in I immediately noticed that there was a 1/4 roll of TP left on the roll, which I thought was strange because typically it’s a brand new roll with an extra for your stay, so I let it slide. Fast forward to my daughter getting in the shower & there was ZERO shampoo, conditioner OR body wash in the supplied wall Dove containers. I called the front desk to inform them & was told “we will see what we can do”. The maintenance man did come in a timely fashion & she was able to finish her shower. Moving on to my shower, I’m stepping out & just happen to see the part that sealed the deal for me…. Y’all did NOT clean this bathroom! GROSS! That is man pee & we both sit down! (Pic attached) DO BETTER!

The positive is this property is an easy location to get to Ruby Falls and Rock City. But, if we came back I would stay elsewhere. I did not feel it was the safest area. Nothing happened- but less populated area, fence around parking area had a big hole in it, Dread Hollow ******* house behind it, poor lighting in Parking Lot. Hotel itself was dirty, furniture in room was damaged, dried spills on furniture and walls, dirt on walls, fan broken in bathroom. Not repulsive dirty, but desperately needed a deep cleaning and looked to be maintained with only basic wipe downs/sheet changes. Beds were uncomfortable with small pillows. If you need a quick place on a road trip to spend a few hours before you go to Ruby Falls and continue your journey, this will do. But if you are looking to stay a few days, I’d spend a couple extra bucks and stay somewhere cleaner.
