Booked two rooms and stayed for one night with the family. The inn is located near the interstate and overlooked the mountain. Breakfast was very simple—pancakes, coffee, cereals. The pancake was very good. The rooms were clean in general but had a scent of an old room. Staff was friendly and checked in / out was fast. Breakfast could be better but overall it was good.

It is cheap and near to highway but from downtown. This hotel is near to Ruby Falls. Free breakfast provided but the time is too short from 6 to 9am. We didnt manage to try this hotel breakfast. Indoor pool is good the temperature just nice.

Pool was very small and freezing so didnt use, maybe dont book this hotel if you are looking to swim. Beautiful hilled property with great view and short drive to amenities. Not walkable imo
Overall very nice property with friendly staff and good breakfast ...with a pancake machine!

The check in clerk was very friendly and polite. The establishment was well maintained, and our room was very comfortable. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. It was a good experience. Looking forward to returning.

Staff was very friendly and the property was very clean.
I found the room comfortable and elatively quiet for the this style of hotel, I stayed on Tuesday night.
I am just passing through and i think that a staying here was a great decision.

Discarded mattresses all around the property and a large dumpster limited parking. Check in was easy but the sign indicating a $200 cash deposit for guests living within 60 miles was concerning. Door key didn’t work on room. Got a new one and it still didn’t work. Waited outside in the cold for 20 minutes for someone to come to the room. He had to throw his shoulder into it to force the door open. When we finally got in, you could see the frame was cracked. It was a struggle to open the door from the inside and impossible from the outside.

My only complaint is the bed sleep hard. we went to Walmart and got a quick mattresses to put on the bed so that we could sleep better the second night we stay there. The staff was very kind and easy to talk to.

After a 9 hour drive, I arrived at the property at midnight exhausted. The desk worker checked me in and gave me my room key.
Problem was, when I went to use the room key and entered the room i was aasigned, I instead saw a half naked man in his 50s getting up from bed to hurry and close the door. I had my dogs with me and it was terrifying. They somehow gave me the same room as someone else currently staying in motel! Card authorized and everything!
I had a small breakdown at the front desk and the woman was kind enough to walk with me to my NEW room this time and show me each of the ways to lock the door.
The room was ok. Breakfast was sp****. They had a pancake machine that didn't work and slices of white bread in a cabinet. Atleast the juice dispenser worked.
I was given no consolation for my minor traumatic event and was even able to corroborate it the next day with the person I walked in on.
Bad everything except the desk woman who walked me back to my room, she gets 5 stars.
