The staff was exceptional, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Definitely will stay there again.

The smell of bleach on the bedding and in the room made my eyes and nose burn. The bed was so uncomfortable I had to sleep in my car

Pretty average. King bed Room was kind of smaller than I’m used to.
3rd floor room facing the Highway. Lots of road noise. Room underneath me must have had their heat on 75, it got up to 74 in my room on a 50 degree night, had to turn the AC on at 4am. The people above were heavy walkers, sounded like they were stomping around at night and in the morning. Didn’t get much sleep here which is my highest priority on the road. I was a little surprised based on the high rating of this place.

When we arrived and got to the room one of the beds looked like it hadn’t been made properly. The top cover was fine but the sheets were crumpled and indented and looked like they hadn’t been changed. The other bed was fine. Talked to the front desk person and she said she would try to find a housekeeper as we really didn’t want to change rooms since we were already moved in. We waited and waited about a half hour and didn’t hear from receptionist. Went down to front desk and asked her if a housekeeper was going to change sheets and she said there wasn’t one. So, I asked to change rooms. So, she didn’t make the effort to inform us of no housekeeper. She actually was going her nails when I went up to the front desk to inquire. Maybe should be retrained on customer service and timeliness. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you.

Staff was very helpful answering questions on the area. Also suggested a better route to save time and avoid road construction. Hotel is on good shape.

Host was watching TikTok when we arrived and didn’t want to answer questions at check in. Room was clean and a great value. Morning breakfast was understaffed and ran 30 minutes late and the staff was rude and stressed out, if we hadn’t had somewhere to be we would have just left and eaten somewhere else.

This hotel was great. It was close to plenty of shopping options, especially with a Walmart right across the street. Lookout Mountaina and other tourist attractions were close by. Not too far from downtown. Great location, I would stay here another time. A great anniversary hotel, breafsst was pretty good as well.
