Uptown Charlotte, was clean but to start, the service was bad from the front and the valet wasn’t available to trucks, the garage is super tight and low clearance so wouldn’t recommend being a personal vehicle here. The beds and towels were crunchy but at least the location was ok.

There was construction going on at time of our stay, so could hear work above our room during the day, but otherwise enjoyed our room.. Clean & comfy bed, nice shower, great location.

Came for the weekend football game. Service was excellent and friendly. Close to plenty of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay there again!

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable but I was surprised to find that the hotel does not offer a complimentary bottle of water which I think is a must for a traveler coming from far off places. I have to go outside searching for a water bottle.

The hotel was amazing except for two things…no room service due to the pandemic that’s isn’t a thing any longer and the in room hair dryer was disgusting.

Paid for room on credit card, then when checking in got hit with a 30 parking fee. Never was told a 100.00 security free was added untill i got a notification from my debit card that i paid 130.00. J.j never told me about the security frwe while checking in ...
