The noise level from other guests was awful. Our second night there we complained twice - we were still kept awake at 2:00 am. When we checked out we mentioned it to the front desk staff. No apology- she acted like she didn’t care. We won’t be staying there again- or recommending it to our friends.

Our room was dirty. Beer caps in the floor. Used washrag with private area hairs in the shower. Other than that the stay was good.

This was very outdated. Nothing close to Marriott standards. The toilet was like a jet landing every time it was flushed. Sheets and towels were sub par and very rough texture. Basically it was a 50 year old room with 50 year old amenities, towels and wash cloths.

This is our 3rd stay. While a good area to stop, the room and hotel are showing signs of wear. Time for an upgrade. Also, be careful with the shower if you’re in room 801. Test the shower water before getting in the shower. Water temperature changes without moving the handle while you shower! And the hot setting is very very hot. Could be very dangerous for an elderly person! The room also smelled like feet. I’ve never had this problem at this hotel. Again, time for a renovation. The sofa in the lobby is very worn as well. Too bad for what was a nice stop previously. The bar however is nice and the food good. No room service. Food service until 10pm.

This hotel is falling apart. Their pool has been permanently closed, which isn’t indicated on this website, and the area that used to house the pool is literally caving in. Beds were double size and not at all comfortable. They also showed signs of past bedbug infestation. Hotels should be using mattress encasements to prevent bedbugs at this point. We experienced trouble with the door locks and hot water, too. They removed the free coffee from the lobby before 10am and the Starbucks they used to have onsite has also been permanently closed. Even after they took $60 off our bill because of the discrepancy with the pool, we still ended up paying $250/night for this dump. You can definitely find a cheaper place with a pool and free breakfast that’s in better condition.

No ac super hot every night! Balcony was locked so couldn’t even get air to cool down. Splatter on walls and mirror like they weren’t clean.

Best thing about the hotel is convenience to the civic center. Property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Pool is listed on *******, however is permanently closed so that was a disappointment. Not really property’s fault. I would definitely stay again.
