設施衹給了四星，真的不是因為店家做得不好，而是泡泡屋這個主意本身有侷限。娃們覺得新奇非要體驗的，但是入住以後自己也承認的確不如酒店房間寬敞舒適。再加上晚上體驗了一把狂風暴雨，説到底也就是住在一個充氣塑料大氣球裏，風颳得氣球起波浪。可能是看了雨沒看到星星，頂棚沒有取掉，覺得體驗感沒那麼帶勁吧？ 住在水邊明顯潮濕一些，早上很早天亮了遮光效果不行。 其它環境啥的倒是很不錯。早餐去水邊大廳吃的，玻璃房裡舒服多了，哈哈，留下來打牌不走。

AMAZING place for a quiet personal retreat or couple's get away! 1. Staff service is EXCEPTIONAL, they speak English too😁 2. Rooms are super cute and very well thought out😁 3. Lake view is indescribable😍 The only downfalls are: 1. That it is VERY far away from any restaurants. Therefore, pack your own picnic basket to take along. 2. Attractions are extremely far away and Didis are scarce. So make sure to book in advance🙈I had drivers calling telling me "it's too far" and wanting to cancel the trip. 3. Although the hotel provides Chinese style breakfast for a 3 star hotel it would be good to think about other options, ESPECIALLY for foreign guests. Also, for the price and considering how far the place is at least TWO meals should be catered for.

Amazing get away! So quiet and lovely views! Chinese breakfast which was delicious. The service was amazing! We stayed in Winter and the bubble was warm and cozy thanks to the AC and floor heating of the rooms. The bed was comfortable. Good lighting in the room. We took off the top cover which was bright during the day within the room but at nights was perfect and pretty! Was perfect for a couple nights get away. There is waimai Chinese food options and a street bqq 200meters walk. Very quiet and reserved area. Was great and would definitely like to go visit again.

The hotel is interesting and the concept was better than expected. Worth to visit. Breakfast is Chinese style and no western option, but was tasteful. We enjoyed.

服務：管家式服務，加了微信，有需求發消息就行，有求必應！前台服務也很熱情。 環境：環境很好，毗鄰太湖，空氣清新。晚上雖然有很多蚊子，但是卻不咬人哎。 衞生：對於民宿來説算得上乾淨了。 設施：泡泡屋裡門框有點鬆動，地板也有點翹，走上去咯吱咯吱的。因為離馬路近，本身隔音效果也不好，一整晚都沒睡好，這也是泡泡屋唯一缺點了，其他都滿意！

跟價位完全不符的酒店，第一次入住這麼差的酒店，第一到了酒店之後，無人接待，打電話給客服前台，問怎麼走，沒有服務意識態度，並且也沒有説清楚，辦理入住後，還是我們主動説幫忙拎行李，前台的服務員才和旁邊的人説給他們拎一下，入住環境簡直説一塌糊塗，還不如如家的環境設施，酒店也不乾淨，真的要不是因為音樂節真的不會來這裏住，平時估計200/300的地方，節假日飆升到1300，房間多給客人一瓶水都不願意，保潔人員也是沒有一點服務意識，真的是景區裏太垃圾了一次性服務

房間乾淨，被褥沒有味道，預訂的房間本來沒有早餐也送了兩張早餐券，睡覺可以看到星星和月亮，早晨能聽見周邊的鳥叫聲，太陽升起來曬的房間裏有點熱，大概八九點的時候酒店人員會把遮陽罩從房間外部罩在頂子上，熱水不錯，鏡子帶燈，附近有燒烤，早餐種類豐富，有牛奶粥蛋撻玉米蒸餃包子蛋糕雞蛋櫻桃西紅柿榨菜，去哪網酒店價格比其他平台便宜一點，總體來説這次住宿體驗很不錯，從一號線終點站南夏墅打車半小時可到，從酒店出來叫車也方便，強烈推薦家庭旅行
