O hotel é muito novo, o hardware é muito bom, secador de cabelo Dyson, artigos de toalete L'Occitane, bom isolamento acústico, café da manhã é muito bom, irei novamente na próxima vez.

A decoração de todo o hotel e do quarto cheira bem, e o formaldeído não se dissipou. Um pouco melhor depois de mudar de ambiente. Era assim quando eu vivia antes do Festival da Primavera, e continuou o mesmo depois de mais de meio ano. A experiência do jantar no restaurante chinês não foi boa, e não foram encomendados pratos principais.

an outstanding hotel in Changxing, it made me feel home and it concluded my journey with a comfortable and pleasant temporary stay. Thumb up!

It was overall a pleasant stay in this very new hotel. Especially the housekeeping staff was really friendly. Room was very clean. Checking in and out was fast. Downside is that the construction of this hotel is not ready so there is currently no gym/spa available. One practical suggestion: the hotel should attach the safety deposit box to the wall. Also I wonder if spinkler system is in use in this hotel? I did not see sprinklers in my room.
I wish this hotel will do well and finish the construction work soon. I think I might come back if the gym/spa is available next time because the room was very spacious and nice.

1）實際排的房間視野格局與售賣產品頁面嚴重不符，豪華樓層湖景房實際為城景，圖P4/5。
2）房間衞生打掃極差，多處殘留垃圾與污漬，p1/2/3，反饋後安排了打掃。
3）毛巾置物架盡然放置在“馬桶”正常上方。
4）房價冰箱無軟飲，電話向客房服務中心尋求服務，服務人員告知自費需12RMB/1易拉罐可樂，同意付費後，客服服務拿了2瓶易拉罐，收費碼竟然是人員自己的微信收款碼。
值得點贊之處：
1）有一名身高1.5米小盆友，check in時免費提供一份早餐；
總體評價：
較於酒店定位與所選擇的產品房價，房間衞生打掃非常差，親子家庭與對衞生問題敏感人羣，慎入。

房間比較熱，無法開窗，也沒有冷氣！還有點裝修的味道！有點煩躁！去商廈走路十來分，去川步村開車半小時左右！服務還行，早餐品種少，水果也不甜！
