We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.

Before our arrival the hotel staff called to confirm our stay. Thereafter they contacted via WeChat to ask if we needed any help, they recommended places to eat and sites to visit. They were super helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The room is really nice and comfy. The breakfast is very delicious with lots of options. The swimming pool has a sauna and steam room. I think the location in Changsha is very good because it is not too busy during the national holiday and it is close to Changshanan station. You can get anywhere in the city you want very quickly and there is a metro station beside the hotel. There are a lot of staff here who are very helpful and speak English very well ~ Stacy is very nice at the front desk.

This is a glorified 4 star hotel. Other than the location, you will be disappointed with the overall hotel experience. It lacks the attention to detail to be a true 5 star hotel experience. A couple of examples; non-smoking rooms being ruined by smokers, the rainforest shower (top mounted shower head) didn’t work and was just an unpleasant drizzle, air-conditioning that just had a mind of its own with no ability to adjust to desired temperature, the bed being somehow both firm and soft. If you are accustomed to chain hotels, then the attention to detail at the Niccolo is missing!

If you visit Changsha to see Zaha Hadid's Meixi Arts Centre then this hotel is in the prime position, with immediate access and wonderful views from the upper floors. There is also a shopping mall below. The reception and dining room staff are professional, helpful and polite. The establishment is clearly seeking to provide the best service possible. The room was spacious, and included a bath! It was a deluxe room in a deluxe hotel.

This is a really excellent hotel ! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is great and within easy reach of all main sites and the underground system. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had dinner twice in the Chinese restaurant on 5th floor and both times this was excellent. However, the greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. All staff members are all really efficient with a great attitude and also a nice smile. From the moment I entered until I left, it was right through an excellent experience with all the staff I came across, be it in reception, housekeeping, restaurant or concierge. I have to especially mention Jack, who I believe is the Head Concierge. I asked him how can I buy tickets for the river night cruise, and he arranged everything for me. He called the boat cruise company, bought the tickets for me, sent me the QR code, sent me very detailed on how to arrive at the pier, and sent me messages later in the evening to see whether I had arrived and whether I took the boat. He also gave me his contact details and asked me to call him if I encounter any issues or need any translations. This service attitude of this person is unbelievable and I really want to thank him for all his great support. I really recommend this hotel to whoever visits Changsha.

After struggling for several days, I booked Beichen Guohui in Changsha. It exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent. Line 1 goes directly to Wuyi Square. You only need to transfer two stations to Juzizhou. Joy City is not far away, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The river view room is really pleasing to the eye. I recommend it! The happy little beauty at the front desk is very cute, the service is super good, and she also gave our children breakfast. In addition, the buffet included in the booking package is also great, which makes me have a perfect impression of Changsha💯

The hotel has a good location and high cost performance. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is efficient. The housekeeper Xiao Guo is very enthusiastic. He personally took me to the lobby to pick up porcelain and patiently introduced Changsha snacks and tourist attractions. I will stay at Huatian again when I come to Changsha next time.

How should I put it? When I checked in, I asked not to be given the last room or a slightly quieter one, as I am sensitive to noise. Then I was given the second-to-last room facing the street, which was too noisy for me. I changed the room the next day, to the side that was not facing the street, but it was given the room next to the elevator fire extinguisher, and all kinds of noises outside were clearly heard. Damn, I just want to say that it can't meet my needs no matter what. Another point is that the hotel is large, but the restaurant is very small, and it is too crowded in the morning. The room type on the first day was not bad, but the room next to the elevator entrance on the second day was not good.
