It was my first time in Changsha. I stayed at Ramada twice. I booked a standard room. The front desk saw that I was with my child and upgraded it to a parent-child room for free. They were very polite and gave my child a gift, which made my child very happy. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very good and considerate. When I checked out and was going to the high-speed rail station, I was about to call a Didi taxi. The front desk asked if I had made an appointment for the station drop-off service. It was so considerate. I said I didn’t have an appointment, but it was still in time. She immediately called the driver. Fortunately, the driver happened to be there, so he took us to the high-speed rail station. The driver was very polite and took the initiative to help me put my suitcase. It was a really good accommodation experience. The only regret was that I didn’t know the name of the front desk and didn’t say thank you solemnly. I will call to thank her after I get home.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. There was a subway station right outside. Parking was very convenient. However, they charged 30 yuan when we left the parking lot. I called the hotel and found out that we needed to report to the front desk to get free parking. Because we had just entered the highway, we didn't turn back. Then a staff member, Mr. Yu, solved the problem very professionally and quickly and refunded 30 yuan.

The decoration style of this hotel is very high-end and classy. The front desk service attitude is very good. There are robots delivering food in the lobby. You can order takeout or anything and have the robots deliver it. The room is also relatively clean and tidy. Parking is also relatively convenient. There is free parking downstairs. There is also free laundry service on the 16th floor. The breakfast is also quite rich with many varieties. The restaurant environment is also very good. The hotel facilities and equipment are also relatively complete.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They upgraded the room for free to a Queen size. Rooms are clean and tidy and have a great view of the city. Close to shops and restaurants and Riff club nearby for live music and DJs. Lots of cool places to checkout nearby. I will definitely stay again.

2 points for hotel service, 1 point for facilities. 1. The network was extremely unstable after staying for three nights. I was here on a business trip and needed to use the network for work on the last night. My computer could not connect to the Internet. I called the customer service at about 9:50 and asked them to send an engineer to take a look. In the end, no one came to help me deal with it when I went to bed at 11:30. Since they didn't deal with it, they just called me and said it would be an explanation, right? I had no choice but to connect to my mobile phone hotspot to handle the work. 2. There were many tourists during the stay. There were many people at breakfast in the morning. I couldn't find a place to sit with my tray because the table was full of leftover food and plates. Since you know that so many people are staying, you may estimate that you won't have time to clean the table, so why don't you send more people in advance? Some waiters walked around in the restaurant, but they didn't know how to clean the table. They had to wait for others to call them to clean it.
