They even helped me with my luggage, and if you have any problems just ask them and they will definitely try to help you as much as they can. The room is also clean and big! The scenery is awesome, you can enjoy night city views and transportation is also easy just walk for around 5mins and you will get to the subway. Even buying food and things are convenient since there is a mall right below it.
