Location and shuttle service perfect for airport accessibility but not so much for leisure. Rooms were great and breakfast and dinner was wonderful.

The room was upgraded to a lake view room with a wide view. The service provided by Xiao Wu at the front desk was very good. A small gift was given when checking out, which was very nice!

When booking, I left a message saying that I wanted to stay with two adults and two children. The day before check-in, the guest relations director Eva added WeChat and said that she had given two small gifts to the babies. Our schedule changed temporarily and we arrived at 3 am. When we checked in, the front desk lady sent Dabao breakfast, which was worry-free. The room is on a high floor, big enough, and the bed is big enough for two people to sleep. We stayed only 1 night and hotel was chosen due to location in the Airport. Hote is located 3mins wlk to T1. We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
