Location is great and staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Lighting in the rooms is quite dim, however, and they took awhile to cool down in the heat. Also found some rubbish in the corner of one room when we first settled in — housekeeping was otherwise good. If you get breakfast included it’s ok but otherwise skip it — food in the “hot” section was often cold and there wasn’t much variety from day to day. Nevertheless, the overall stay is good value for money and the location is convenient so would definitely stay again.

I'm absolutely smitten with the Waldorf Hotel after my visit to Changde! First off, I have to rave about the room – it's incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out and expansive layout. There's no cramped feeling whatsoever, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service is also top-notch, with attention to detail that really makes you feel cared for, leading to an excellent overall experience. And the breakfast definitely deserves praise; it offers a wide variety of delicious options. It's such a joy to head out and explore after a satisfying meal! All in all, this is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel in Changde that's worth booking~

The check-in at the front desk was super fast, the room was quiet and soundproof, the WiFi speed was stable, and the desk office was just right. The whole house was cleaned, the bedding was soft, the breakfast was rich and tasted good, the transportation was convenient and convenient, the business trip was super worry-free, the price was super high, and I will come next time!

第三次入住上川雲季酒店大小河街店，這次我帶着孩子連住了三晚。酒店的服務一如既往的好！小朋友很喜歡房間的浴缸🛁，每天晚上晚回來都要泡澡😄。特別感謝每天為我們做房間清掃服務的大姐！我小孩不小心弄臟了被套，服務員大姐默默給我們更換了乾淨的床品。晚上還給我們送了營養粥。 入住的這幾晚，我帶娃在大小河街圍爐煮茶、觀看行進式實景演出《常德往事》，活動結束後步行幾分鐘就到了酒店，特別方便。 最後要點贊酒店的早餐，紅燒牛肉米粉比河街某些網紅店的好吃😍多了，哈哈。

商務出行首選！通勤方便，有地下免費停車場，對於道路停車收費的常德，非常好。酒店周邊有新佳宜，胖姨螺螄粉，壹德壹，炒菜店，走路去常德步行街三五分鐘，非常近。房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，網絡速度快且穩定。床鋪也很舒服，房間裏還有可以煮茶，手沖咖啡，有冰箱，有送冰鎮飲料。酒店有自助早餐，中西都有，很好吃！前台服務熱情周到，還幫忙升級房間，性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏！

一家幾口人入住這個酒店都覺得很滿意 服務人員的服務意識很好很表揚前台的美女 房間裏面的床墊超級舒服比家裡還舒服 這個酒店的早餐也好好吃呀特別是那個米粉 還送了我一個小馬的掛件 明年過年還要住[跳跳]

Good, cost-effective

這是第二次和家人入住全季酒店了。地理位置好，離兄長所住小區很近。旁邊就有超市和粉餐館，購物與吃牛肉粉都很方便。房間面積較大，就是沙發和靠墊有些劃痕印可能之前誰家小朋友留下的。前台服務員服務熱情，1月5號因行程車票改簽到下午出發，到前台問能否延遲退房到兩點，前台美女yiiu二話不説就幫着辦好了，解決了後顧之憂，非常感謝。還有三樓洗衣房洗衣，我估摸着衣服洗的差不多了準備去取放到烘乾機裏烘乾，等我去一看衣服在烘乾機裏都烘乾了，非常感謝不知名的工作人員哈。下次和家人再來常德還會選擇全季酒店。

酒店很大，環境很好，停車方便，挨着柳葉湖，沿湖風景好，有宵夜和早餐，性價比好。下次有機會過來旅遊，還住這個店，到城區開車也不遠。
