The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

It was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. The front desk Yueliang 🌙 greeted us warmly and cordially. The room was clean and tidy. Xiaoyan helped with the luggage. When we checked out, Donana also helped to deliver the luggage to the car. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff were very professional and handled the problems very well. They were able to provide services to guests in a timely manner. I am very satisfied

What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!

It's always a pleasure to be able to come to GuoXiNanShan hot springs and Hotel. Their attention and attentiveness is amazing! I am giving them a 5 star review. It's clean and beautiful. They gave us a welcoming fruit platter and gave the kids a welcoming gift. The hot springs are wonderful, so warm and relaxing. I totally recommend you visit this hotel and Hot Springs. kiki received us to stay, there were ice roses on the hotel steps, the children played outside for a long time, there is a Northeast flower t special punch card in the hotel lobby, and the first cup of coffee in 2025 was also punched on New Year's Day. The hotel staff prepared frozen pears for us, Frozen persimmons are very novel for our southern small potatoes. The room feels good. The northeast is very cold but the northeast people are super enthusiastic.

First of all, let's talk about the geographical location. It is not far from Outlet, Jingyuetan and Changying. Opposite is the Provincial Museum and Science and Technology Museum. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Outlet. We took a taxi to Jingyuetan and arrived quickly. The geographical location is very good. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and bathing area are separated, which is very good and convenient to use. The service attitude of the service staff is very good. They will take the initiative to greet. I wanted to go swimming in the swimming pool, but I didn't have time later. The environment should be good. Overall, it is very good to live. The shortcomings are that the windows in the room are relatively small and leaking, blowing up the curtains. It will be a little cold when sleeping in the second half of the night. In addition, as a five-star hotel, the quality of toilet paper is really not worthy of its star rating. It is really thin. I hope it will be improved.

Hotel is far from city centre & the closest metro station 汽车公园站 which is the end station of metro line #2, is 5mins by cab. This hotel caters mainly for guests to the auto & technological park as the name of the area suggests. Public bus route #30 stops by the main road next to the hotel, a five mins walk. The bus starts from the depot Changchun West a High Speed Rail or Gao-tie station. It is linked to line metro #2 . Mini-bar is not cold & temp cannot be lowered. The promotional Italian buffet dinner was a bad choice. Beef and prawns are tough. The spaghetti unappetising. Hotel does not provide razor blade though there is tooth brush. Photo: 1. This hotel is very good. A few of our family members booked this hotel on Ctrip, and I feel that the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The hygienic condition of the room is also very good, and the bath water is also very warm and powerful. It is especially suitable for us southerners to come in winter. The breakfast is very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. When we go out to play, it also helps us store our luggage for free. This five-star hotel is worth it! I will stay in this hotel next time I come.
