Muito bom, o quarto é muito grande, principalmente porque a atitude de serviço de Wang Zhongyang é muito boa e sempre foi muito entusiasta. As fontes termais são boas, e o Museu de Medicina Chinesa é altamente recomendado!

O atendimento é muito bom e as instalações são muito completas. A Sra. Yu Haixia tem um atendimento muito bom e é muito atenciosa

O ambiente do hotel é muito bom, o estacionamento é conveniente, o serviço é muito bom, especialmente Yu Haixia prestou um serviço muito atencioso e voltará regularmente

We got the deluxe room and it was big and clean and very nice. We had the breakfast buffet, there were Chinese dishes and not so much western food, but it was delicious. The kids play area was also super clean, my baby and daughter enjoyed it very much. The hot Spring was amazing and clean, overall it was a great experience, definitely will come back!

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

We really enjoyed our trip as a family in a Deluxe room. Very convenient to use the hot springs, restaurant with delicious Chinese food, breakfast also great (not too many 'western' things though, but great Chinese food). The service both of restaurant staff and hotel staff was excellent - a big "thank you" to Mr Wang Chunsheng, who took great care of us!

The staff was super awkward upon arrival. I tried to check in and this girl laughed in my face and said there was a 3000 yuan deposit for the room. I said fine and she stood there open-mouthed just staring at me with very bad breath. Two other hotel guests had to get involved in helping me check in. When I asked what the problem was, in Chinese, they told me they are afraid of foreigners....

房間是很大的，因為是帶着孩子出來，對房間的大小比較敏感，這個房間面積是絕對可以的！衞生收拾的很乾凈，帶孩子入住後就去温泉♨了，玩到晚上八點多才回房，房間裏多了一份水果，很貼心，孩子着急去玩水，扔的滿地的衣服都幫忙疊好了！中午和晚上都是在温泉裏面吃的，餐廳環境和衞生也很好，吃的菜品口味都不錯。晚上陪家人繞着酒店散步走了一圈，發現這個酒店是在一個風景區裏，後面就是一個很大的森林公園，下着小雨，就沒有走的太遠，想着第二天上午再去探險，可惜第二天又是中雨！衹好留到下次再來了！前台辦理入住的KIKI小姐姐服務特別周到，看到我們帶着孩子，特意給準備了小童拖鞋和小浴袍，還給了體貼入微的小禮物，特此感謝！👍以後還會再來！
