Stayed for 3 nights and did not get any housekeeping at all even though we had requested it at check in. Breakfast was good, beds have dated linen.

The property was a little run down. More specifically the room. Stains on carpet, rust showing through in bathroom and felt like it needed an update.
In the back parking lot there were 2 different vehicles parked in the parking lot with people living in them. Did not make me feel very safe.

DIRECT TV BOX WAS BAD. KEPT FREEZING UP ,TOOK 10 MIN TO REBOOT ,SEVERAL TIMES. BREAKFAST GOOD ,SERVICE GREAT.

Easy check-in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Only bad thing is that the sink seemed to be clogged up when we arrived. Would stay here again.

We arrived here at 2 am after having a horrific previous several days and the lady at the front desk was so wonderful. Our room was comfortable and lovely and it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Best Western, Chandler, AZ is a great place to stay. The receptionist was kind and professional. The room clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was a good, hot meal. We will stay here again.

Michael was the manager on duty when I checked in. Super friendly. no hassle check in. when we came back the lady on duty was friendly and said hello good morning. I would definely recommend this hotel to anyone.
