I stayed in various hotels in England, Europe and even in India hotel like Hyatt in sector 17 but the hospitality I found here was outstanding. I would say the whole Glades team is awesome and try their best to take care of their guests. I had very wonderful stay there. Front desk team especially Mr Ram such kind and nice person, providing excellent care and support to the guests. Kashmir Singh and lovely Preeti taking care my room with such a dedication. Monica and Gurjeet always smiling beautiful ladies 💕 taking care of my dietary requirements. I love you both. Mr Singh the general ***ager, Mr Ram and Ta***a took such great care of my mother in my absence. I couldn’t thank them enough. We enjoyed the Most delicious, fresh and mouthwatering with countless choices breskfast served everyday. Hats off to the chefs and breakfast team. Aniket F&B captain and Bunty always nice to talk to and they were always happy to help. Food is outstanding.Whole team provides world class hospitality with personal touch in it but not forgetting the professional approach which I love about them. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and to all people reading this review. I will definitely see you again guys. Once again it was marvellous experience to stay in Glades hotel.

Our recent stay at Glades Hotel was far from smooth. To begin with, they sent us a suspicious payment link through Agoda, which they later blamed on a "system hiccup." Despite selecting the "pay at the hotel" option, they insisted on advance payment, only relenting after we contacted Agoda. As if that weren't enough, they charged us for breakfast, even though it was included in our booking confirmation from Agoda. This raised serious concerns about their communication and billing practices. In summary, our stay was riddled with hassles, uncertainties, and what seemed like attempts to extract more money. We strongly advise future guests to exercise caution and explore alternative options for a stress-free stay. While Glades Hotel may have potential, our experience has left us deeply skeptical about their reliability and transparency. Our hope is that this feedback will lead to improvements in their service for the benefit of future guests.

Best recommendation best service go to glades hotel when you are in Chandigarh, we felt like home, the food is delicious the service is fabulous the prices are fair and it’s clean. Fully recommend 👍👍

Monica, Anil and Satya were very good hosts. Breakfast was splendid. We came in after a long motorcycle and the clean warm beds were perfect for a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There is also enough

The stay was great and the service provided at the restaurant was very professional and above average perfor***ce. The whole team consisting of Gurjeet, Rakesh, Aviket and Parveen was courteous and wonderful. The suggestions provided by them were really commendable. Had a great evening. The food was also great.

We had a lovely stay at the Glades Hotel. This hotel was one of the best stay experiences in the whole of Punjab. We had booked three rooms for one night and wished we could stay longer. The buffet breakfast was beautiful and the staff at the hotel very friendly. They had a variety of juices, shakes ***** with intercontinental options. Appreciate all the staff who helped with the breakfast Anil, Abhisehek and Monika. I would like to give a special shout-out to Monika - she had a very warm and welcoming smile. She brought us special welcoming drinks when we arrived. Appreciate everyone at the hotel, beautiful people and amazing personalities.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful specially Monika thakur,anil,abhishek. That impressed me the most.

The staff is extremely professional and courteous. I had the privilege of being served by Monika and Anil, and they ensured we had a good time at Glades. As for the hotel itself, it's fantastic! Well-appointed rooms, cleanliness, and good equipment all over like hair-dryer, restroom kit, hot water shower, and all-around coziness.

This hotel is amazing. Everything is apt from ambeince to food, location . Its like all in one. Staff is very courteous especially Gurjeet, Jaimine, Prem and Ankit. They are very welcomimg. Must visit with freinds or family or solo. Their hospitality will drive u again for second time and so on
