King bed in the main suite, queen bed in the guestroom, and two bunkbeds in the final room with full/twin mattresses. There is an air mattress, futon, sleeper sofa and pack and play for your use. Max allowable capacity is 10 people. There is a fishing boat with paddles, lily pad, 3 adult kayaks and 2 kid kayaks, and a hottub. Our inventory of water gear is constantly changing as things get added or replaced. Such is the nature of outdoor "toys."
