Ride right out of your cabin on your snowmobile to access of 400 miles of groomed trails. Allegany state park is right across the street for site seeing and hiking. If you like to hunt there is 400 acres available across the street. Restaurants , Walmart, and shopping within 20 minutes. Mini golf and driving range is available on the property from mid May to mid October.Also there are horse shoes, corn hole, basketball and a playground available. Every room in our house has a spectacular view! 3 of the 4 bedrooms have a Lakeview window, and the other one has a beautiful view of the ski slopes of Holimont Private Ski Resort.There a plenty of indoor and out door games provided such as Corn Hole, Ring Toss, Life, Chess, Checkers, Cards, Sorry, Monopoly, Hungry-Hungry Hippos, Rummikub, 7 Wonders, and others. All of the light switches in the house are clearly labeled to make things as easy on you as possible. We also provide an office area complete with a comfortable chair, a large monitor, laptop stand, and a printer. Ellicottville Rodeo is also a popular tourist attraction in the summertime, usually around the 4th of July. Another Popular draw is Gentners Commission Market (Flea Market/Farmers Market/Auction Barn) opens at dawn, every Wednesday, year round, located in nearby Springville. Fall Festival (Octoberfest, October 9-10), and Summer Music Festivals are also a big deal in the town of Ellicottville. If you have never been, I highly recommend it!In town you will discover great restaurants and a lively night life. The local favorite Ellicottville Brewing Company (EBC), and Villaggio, are great fine dining experiences with a great atomosphere. The EBC offers traditional American food in a fine dining atmosphere and the Villagio offers more seafood on its menu including Chillean Sea Bass, and often has live music as well. Also, we just installed a brand new luxury HOT TUB for your enjoyment! Other details to note:You are welcome to use the entire property, and should be the only ones on it. However, due to the popularity and location of my property, on occasion there are people who stop to go fishing on my property. If that is the case during your stay, and it bothers you, you can ask them to leave or let me know, and I can send someone out there. There is a blow up queen size mattress in the upstairs bedroom closet and two extra large cots for extra guests to sleep on. Please be careful not to scratch the hardwood floor with the cots, as we have had problems with this in the past. Please place the cots only on the carpet.Propane, charcoal, and firewood are not included with the property. However, we have a propane tank for the grill that you can refill if you need to. Sometimes previous guests will leave some propane/charcoal/fire wood behind when they leave. If they do, you are free to use that free of charge. Real Applewood logs for the fire place are sold right out back of the cottage in the parking lot, only while supplies last. Prices may vary due to supply, as Applewood is notoriously hard to source due to its superb utility in all of its aspects. It is the best for carving, the best for furniture, the best for smoking food, and also produces America's favorite fruit. So nobody ever wants to cut these trees down! You can spend all day in the great outdoors on the paver patio fireplace, rocking on the covered front porch or enjoying a large grilled family meal on the back deck. The house offers a semi open floor plan that effortlessly flows from kitchen (with basic cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, fridge, stove and microwave) to living room and large dining area that features a huge comfy couch, table large enough for everyone and plenty of board games, puzzles and TV with Dish network. The fun can continue onto the open loft with a pool table, arcade game system, large scrabble and TV. All can be enjoyed while overlooking the wooded landscape through a huge picture window!The first floor hosts the living space in addition to one bedroom with a queen bed with large windows where you can wake up to a full view of the forest. The main floor full bathroom has a tub/shower and fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and towels. The lower level contains a bedroom with a queen bed and full window. The third bedroom hosts a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. A fully renovated bathroom on the lower level has a rustic tile walk in shower and tongue and groove pine throughout. Please note the home offers wireless internet through satellite. Speeds don't support streaming on multiple devices. Cell phone service may also be limited, depending on providers. This beautiful cozy cabin sits on the end of a dead end road so there is very little traffic more four wheelers than anything will drive by. The cabin sits on 8 acres of land .This cabin was built ten years ago . It has two bedrooms which sleeps 5 people . The master bedroom has a queen size bed tv and DVD player . The second bedroom has a full lower bunk bed and single upper bunk bed tv and DVD player and a play stationThere is a single fold out cot under the bunk bedroom bed if needed . So you could sleep six if needed. You can heat the cabin by either the beautiful wood burning stove or from the new 3500 BTU propane furnace I just had installed either way the place heats up very nicely . If wood is needed there are $10 20x20 bins for sale on the side of the camp. The bathroom is run by a 40 gallon hot water tank . And is equipped with a hot shower a sink and a toilet. And run by a brand new freshly dug well that I changed the filter on every 3 months . There is also a outhouse located outside if you prefer The rustic toilet feel and smell LOLThe back deck has a bar and six bar stools and over looks a beautiful creek just 15 feet from the deck and runs the whole property line . There are 4 wheeler trials and hiking trails all over .No smoking inside the cabin but allowed on back deck ashtrays provided I just redid the fire pit area that sits right over the creek and it turned out amazing . By far the nicest fire pit area on VRBO as you can see from the photos . Your not going to find a nicer fire pit area anywhere . please collect your own wood for outside fires . Or wood is available for ten dollars for a 20 x20 bin .. There is a charcoal grill on the back deck bring your own charcoal . There is also a gas grill newly added . There is also a small shed with fold out chairs and games inside can jam . Large left right center game. horseshoes .washer toss . beer pong table. croquet game . There is also a lazer light show that shines on the back hill that is really cool .Corn hole game . WIFI is available. Also A fire stick with a ton of free channels and over 2000 different DVD to choose from It is pet friendly pets love it down there .Just added 1200 BTU air conditioner unit cools 600 square feet . There are also fans in both bedrooms if needed . Come relax and enjoy the beautiful stars at night and the beautiful sound of the babbling brook during the day.
