Very beautiful hotel, the swimming pool is very big. Only a few steps to the beach it’s like our private beach. The breakfast is very delicious, there are many kinds of food. Hotel staff is very friendly. We will come back again definitely.

Overall i am happy with my stay. Property is well maintained and staff is knowledgeable. Golf cart is available every time from reception to car parking and vice versa.

Luxurious hotel, delicious breakfast, very nice restaurant at the beach and near the pool. My sons liked the kids club very much. The pool is so huge: the biggest part is near the beach and the rest part goes along all the buildings. The garden and the pool are very picturesque and very clean. We will definitely come back again there

Sheraton is in the middle of nowhere. You can also say it’s very quiet and private side of Hua Hin. Limited food options and service options. Sadly, booking it through Trip excluded us from getting Marriott points. That’s quite disappointing. Mostly we book from third parties and have not faced that issue before.

Firstly, upon entering the room, I noticed stains on the chair at the desk. The presence of such stains immediately created an unpleasant and unclean atmosphere. Additionally, there were noticeable marks on the desk top, further adding to the feeling of neglect and lack of attention to cleanliness.
Furthermore, the shower head in the bathroom was not functioning properly, making it impossible to adjust the water flow. This inconvenience greatly impacted my overall comfort and enjoyment during my stay. Moreover, the water tap at the basin was not securely fixed, posing an impression of lack of maintenance.
