We have already stayed at this hotel 3 times, in November 2023, in February and March 2024. The staff is always polite, friendly. I liked that an omelet is prepared for breakfast, as some tourists from Kazakhstan can not eat Indian dishes because of the spiciness of the food, but I like spicy dishes, so there were no problems, all the dishes are delicious. I hope that in the future you will also welcome guests from Kazakhstan.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN STAY I HAVE EVER HAD. STAFF IS EXTREMELY HOSPITABLE ESPECIALLY UMESH KUMAR FROM HOUSEKEEPING. RECEPTION FRONT DESK PEOPLE WERE ALSO VERY SOFT AND POLITE. I WOULD RECOMMEND ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY IN BLOOM KAROL BAGH

One of the best place to stay in Delhi. Budgetary hotel with good hospitality. Staff is very nice and cooperative. Food is good. Staff namely jitendra and vipin are always there to help you. Cleanliness and hygiene is taken care. Housekeeping Staff always available and front desk team is excellent.

Excellent hotel with excellent location . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips . The ac will be turned off by the hotel and you have to often ask them to switch it on. There was no continuous water supply throughout the day. We have to notify them about the shortage of water. And there is no hot water supply. Wi-fi is very weak wasn't working at all. The food is quite good and available even late at night.

Stepping to delhi after 23 yrs and staying at the leela was wonderful,and of course being the Leela,its all about luxury and 1st class..staffs were very polite and friendly,right from the concierge(AKILESH) right to the receptionist (ANMOL),all was so welcoming and loving towards my mother and me..keep up tye great work👍👍👍👍👍

Stay were too good as they are always give us. We stay in superior room. Room was hygiene staff is helpful specially thanks to front office miss pushpa 👍haviour is too good. All staff and employees are very helpful and we'll professional i appreciate of working all I met here so far

Had a night of very comfortable stay in this hotel . Well ***aged and safe and secure with good utility facilities in the room and in the premise . Good value for money . Location is very near to Paharganj side of New Delhi station and close to best commercial locations of Delhi . Staff are good .
